Maafushi Hotels with Breakfast

Before leaving China, we contacted the manager of the hotel. He arranged for staff to pick us up at the airport and helped us buy speedboat tickets for 20 US dollars each. At the dock, the staff used a cart to carry all our luggage to the room upstairs. The service was thoughtful and enthusiastic. The room was large, the supplies were very new, and the living was very comfortable. There were 4 kinds of breakfast every morning, you could choose one or combine two breakfasts. The service staff was very responsive and enthusiastic. We were worried that there would not be enough water on the island and we needed to buy mineral water with US dollars, but the hotel provided unlimited drinking water. We were worried that there might be a lot of mosquitoes on the island. We communicated with the manager before checking in and asked him to spray insecticide in advance. There were no mosquitoes in the room. But be careful to turn off the bathroom light when you go to sleep, otherwise the mosquitoes outside will enter from the entrance of the bathroom. We chose to eat breakfast in the room, which avoided mosquitoes outside. There is a clothes drying rack outside the room. The roof is made of wood and is very unique. It rained every night and was sunny during the days we were here. The room is surrounded by residents and is very quiet, unlike the popular hotels that play rock music all day long. It is 10 minutes away from the beach and 10 minutes away from the pier. Overall, I am very satisfied. The owner is very enthusiastic and often chats with us to help us solve temporary difficulties.

The room was very cost-effective and the boss was very nice. We didn't bring enough cash and my husband's visa card had expired. The boss helped us find a way to exchange cash. I was really touched.

I really liked the hotel 👍 Wonderful staff, we were lucky with the cleaning staff. They were helpful and always came quickly to help. Everything was perfect, the pool was wonderful, the trees were beautiful. There was also billiards. We didn't check anything about the spa. Despite the hotel being a bit run-down, I fell in love with it with all my heart. But on the downside: we arrived on Monday for check-in and no one from the hotel met us. The hotel itself didn't immediately realize we had paid for the room or when they would check us in. The entire management is located at another hotel by the beach. It's not very convenient to run back and forth with children, especially for an adult, after an illness on another island. And our mistake. They didn't check what was in the room. Upon checkout, we had to pay for an umbrella, which we didn't see or touch. Well, of course, our room smelled a bit damp and was a bit dark. But for me personally these are small things. The main thing is that I had the opportunity to swim.

Upon arrival, the hotel staff was already waiting at the pier. Upon arrival, we were given juice and wet towels, and our luggage was delivered to our room. The hotel manager told us that it was more economical to eat in local currency on the island, and it was indeed true. Late in the evening, the manager even came to exchange our money, and the exchange rate was very favorable. Relaxing on the sofa in the hotel lobby, enjoying the sea breeze, was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent, with a different menu every day. The breakfast latte was especially delicious. When we left, they even packed our breakfast and brought it to the pier. What a thoughtful touch.

The location is great. The room we lived in is small. It is definitely not convenient for a long stay. The linen had pellets at the feet, but in principle it was not bad. They gave them a receipt and a phone for free. Many thanks for that. In general, the owners are friendly and you can negotiate a cheaper price in person. every thing is so perfect in this place from the manager jack who is very professional in terms of hospitality no dull moment until the last day of our stay early check in late check out he even arranged all the tours and before we ask he already booked our speed boat going back to the airport to the front desk Envie Maricar David and to all the staffs they’ll let you feel very welcome like their family thank you jack and the rest of your team surely will come back and i also highly recommend this place best place ever..

The hotel owner is very nice. The island picks up the car every time. The people are also very enthusiastic. nicenice

The hotel is starting to be dated. The room is in small to moderate size. It would be good for those who will go water activities during day time. There will be US$5 off for the snorkeling trips.

Hotel good . But I don’t like pay trip & also need pay at hotel.
