Guimaraes Hotels with Breakfast

The hotel is in an ancient monastery and it makes all the charm and attraction of the place if you like ”old stones and historical places”. The renovation has kept the original building and improved it to todays comfort. The rooms ( cells) are small but well fitted with a comfortable bed and functional bathroom. You can feel History when you enter the building and anywhere you walk . They have a big outdoor park for pleasant walks . The church adjacent to the Hotel is worth visiting. I was staying on a weekend and I attended the Sunday mass. My only negative note is on the breakfast which is very disappointing in terms of product variety and quality. The set up of the breakfast buffet is very poor and not attractive at all. The breakfast team is not as welcoming and friendly as the front desk or lady at the bar, which is not meeting one's expectations in such a place.

A cool hotel in the heart of the city. Staff very responsive and welcoming, stayed very happy with the accommodation, the hotel as from fairy tale, the ceilings are very high.

Optimum location, friendly and well-paid staff. Various breakfast. Only 2 repairs: air conditioning does not have remote control and it ceased to work on the second night and the TV image is enormously faulted.

The hotel’s sports facilities are first-rate, but the mattresses are relatively hard and need to be improved. The staff is friendly, the SPA is quite good, the 25-meter swimming pool is great, the GYM is very powerful, and the Gym staff is very nice and friendly. The breakfast can be improved, it can be said to be right, but not very good. One night the air conditioner broke down and they changed the room at noon. It was not very pleasant, but the staff tried to solve all the problems in the most friendly way, which left me with a bittersweet taste because I woke up very tired, but Can't be disrupted because people want to solve it in a very friendly way, generally I recommend the hotel and will repeat it again regardless of defects.

Uma quinta muito agradável. Queremos voltar mas da próxima vez no verão para nadar na piscina e tomar pequeno-almoço na esplanada. A receção fecha 21h, então devem chegar antes.

A estrutura muito antiga ,de casarão mesmo ,o quarto era gelado aquecimento nao deu conta , mas tudo era muito limpo e os funcionários super gentis...

O hotel é limpo e o café da manhã é simples, mas é bom. O quarto era silencioso, porém tinha cheiro desagradável de cigarro. Eu reservei um quarto de não fumador, Conversei com a atendente e não tinha mais quartos disponíveis para a troca na primeira noite, porém na noite poderiam fazer a troca. Acabei por não trocar porque só iria ficar mais uma noite.
