Hat Yai Hotels with Breakfast

Excellent service! Check-in was almost instant. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The airport transfer service was punctual. It felt just like home, and it was incredibly quiet. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their genuine friendliness and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest. Overall, my experience at here was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to return for another stay!

The hotel's location and customer service were great. However, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and a strong smell coming from the drain. The bathroom in the room was quite unappealing due to the sewer smell. I hope you can address these issues. Other than that, everything was fine.

This was just a transit stop on my way from Malaysia to Southern Thailand. The room was quite comfortable, had a balcony, and the bathroom design was practical. Breakfast was decent, and for the price, it was acceptable. It's very close to the long-distance bus station, and there's a mall and restaurants nearby.

There is a massive amount of storage in the built-in wardrobes and plenty of desk space, making it perfect for digital nomads or long-term travelers. • Well-Equipped Bathroom: The bathroom is a highlight. I appreciated the separate glass shower partition and the inclusion of a bidet sprayer. Having a proper water heater unit in the shower ensures a consistently warm experience. • Comfortable Layout: The seating area by the window is a nice touch for morning coffee, and the AC unit is well-positioned to cool the entire room effectively. Verdict: A solid choice for anyone looking for a clean, modern, and spacious room. The large desk and storage make it much more functional than a typical cramped hotel room. I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment you walk in, the lobby makes a great first impression — spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with everything you’d need. Check-in was smooth, and the range of facilities on offer meant there was no reason to look elsewhere. The rooms are clean and thoughtfully maintained, with a simple, no-fuss layout that keeps things comfortable without unnecessary clutter. Overall, a reliable choice for travelers who value cleanliness, convenience, and a welcoming common space.

Located a short distance from night market or eateries, as long as guests are aware that clocking minimum 500 steps before you find eateries. Hotel has cafe that serves food and drinks too. Ambience is pretty good. Room only has 1 bucket in washroom to throw rubbish. A little inconvenient. Room uses yellow light. Reception area has hotel souvenirs for sale too! Hotel staff are courteous and helpful in helping us locate local markets which we wanted to visit.

Nice hotel to stay at Hat Yai…cannot get the room that we requested but not issues at all…clean hotel with the best bed and a very very good aircond in our room..for aircond we give 5 star ❤️🥰😘

The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, but the TV and the kettle have problems and can't be used.
