Great
GGuest UserThe Smart Hotel Hat Yai is in a great location, near Central Hatyai and Makro, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to nearby attractions, which is very helpful for travelers.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide good service throughout the stay. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone visiting Hat Yai.
YYURA HASANI stayed at Tachang Airport Hotel and found it very convenient, especially since it’s located near the airport. It’s a great option if you need a place to stay before catching an early flight the next day.
Another downside is that there is no lift, so guests need to use the stairs to access the rooms. This may be challenging for elderly guests or those with mobility issues.
Overall, it’s still a practical choice for a short stay near the airport, but keep in mind the limited facilities and accessibility concerns.

GGuest UserThis hotel is super close to Hat Yai's biggest mall, and there's also a Big C behind it. The room was clean, and it was really convenient for getting around. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the snacks and drinks they sold at the front desk were very reasonably priced.
AAndrew CKFThis hotel located in Songkhla is very new and fairly clean. Not much complain to be honest. However, it is very hard to book Grab or get a taxi here as it's rural area and quite a distance away from Hatyai. Lucky for us to meet a friendly Grab driver since Day 1 and has been always asking him to fetch us personally. If not, it will be so much of a trouble concerning how to travel out from this hotel to Hatyai or back to Airport.
GGoldDaddyHatyai Signature Hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, style, and value for travelers visiting Hat Yai. The hotel features spacious and clean rooms with modern interior design, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring the city. Guests especially appreciate the friendly staff, large parking area, peaceful environment, and beautiful swimming pool. Although it is slightly away from the busy city center, the quiet surroundings make the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast selection is satisfying, and the overall hospitality feels warm and professional. Highly recommended for families, couples, and travelers seeking a comfortable and classy stay in Hat Yai.
LLeonardzzI stayed at Subanan Resident in Hatyai and had a really good experience overall. The cleanliness is the first thing that stood out — the place is spotless, probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in this price range.
The service was also impressive. When I had an issue with the WiFi, I just gave them a call and the staff personally came over to hand me the code face-to-face. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. Even on my first visit, the parking service was clear and well-organised, which made things easier.
Location-wise, it’s not in the busy tourist area, which I actually liked. It’s surrounded by local houses, so the vibe is calmer and more relaxing. Within walking distance (about 4 minutes) there’s a Big C Mini, and a 7-Eleven about 7 minutes away. It’s a nice balance — not too far from convenience, but away from the tourist crowds and heat.
As for amenities, they’re average. One of the rooms came with a Netflix account, while another didn’t, which was a bit inconsistent. Also, setting it up wasn’t the most straightforward — you need to switch between the TV remote and the Xiaomi box remote, which takes a little figuring out.
Overall, if you value cleanliness, friendly service, and a calm local atmosphere over being in the middle of the tourist spots, Subanan Resident is a solid choice.
Btw the coffee n tea pastries is just a cupcake and milo powder
JJSimTHLocated a short distance from night market or eateries, as long as guests are aware that clocking minimum 500 steps before you find eateries. Hotel has cafe that serves food and drinks too. Ambience is pretty good.
Room only has 1 bucket in washroom to throw rubbish. A little inconvenient. Room uses yellow light.
Reception area has hotel souvenirs for sale too!
Hotel staff are courteous and helpful in helping us locate local markets which we wanted to visit.

GGuest UserI would like to propose a new approach to the booking process.
Regarding bookings, since I am using a Diamond-tier account, when I make a reservation for a guest or anyone else, it is not necessary for me to know the guest’s name at the time of booking. What matters is the booking number that we present. The guest who checks in can simply use their own name, as long as it matches their ID card or passport, that should be sufficient.
There is no need for us to contact or disturb the guest just to ask for their name, especially since sometimes the booking may be made up to 12 hours in advance. Therefore, I would like to suggest that we improve this process by applying a Kaizen approach.
Nowadays, we should prioritize convenience in the booking process. Booking should not require the guest’s full name in advance.
I would also like to raise another point. In the airline industry, passengers can complete online booking and even online check-in, despite having very strict security systems. However, in the hotel industry, I do not understand why online check-in is still not fully implemented.
Why is that?
If you want, I can help you make this sound more persuasive (for a meeting or proposal) or shorter for LINE/chat 👍
