We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. The overall facilities were excellent. We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Hatyai. Look forward to visiting again in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aura and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for a memorable visit. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the concierge was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local attractions. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. I appreciated the comfortable bedding and the attention to detail in every aspect of the room—from the modern amenities to the thoughtful complimentary touches. The view from my room was stunning, and it made for a perfect backdrop to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with delectable dishes, each prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The hotel is very clean, and the service is excellent. It has a swimming pool and a gym, and the location is super convenient. A Grab car arrived in just 3 minutes, and it was only a 10-minute drive to Lee Garden.

The hotel's location and customer service were great. However, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and a strong smell coming from the drain. The bathroom in the room was quite unappealing due to the sewer smell. I hope you can address these issues. Other than that, everything was fine.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

This was just a transit stop on my way from Malaysia to Southern Thailand. The room was quite comfortable, had a balcony, and the bathroom design was practical. Breakfast was decent, and for the price, it was acceptable. It's very close to the long-distance bus station, and there's a mall and restaurants nearby.

The combination of light wood finishes and the wood-textured accent wall in the bathroom gives the space a warm, ”homey” yet professional feel. • Ample Space: Unlike many standard hotel rooms, this one feels very breathable. There is a massive amount of storage in the built-in wardrobes and plenty of desk space, making it perfect for digital nomads or long-term travelers. • Well-Equipped Bathroom: The bathroom is a highlight. I appreciated the separate glass shower partition and the inclusion of a bidet sprayer. Having a proper water heater unit in the shower ensures a consistently warm experience. • Comfortable Layout: The seating area by the window is a nice touch for morning coffee, and the AC unit is well-positioned to cool the entire room effectively. Verdict: A solid choice for anyone looking for a clean, modern, and spacious room. The large desk and storage make it much more functional than a typical cramped hotel room. I would definitely stay here again.

Located a short distance from night market or eateries, as long as guests are aware that clocking minimum 500 steps before you find eateries. Hotel has cafe that serves food and drinks too. Ambience is pretty good. Room only has 1 bucket in washroom to throw rubbish. A little inconvenient. Room uses yellow light. Reception area has hotel souvenirs for sale too! Hotel staff are courteous and helpful in helping us locate local markets which we wanted to visit.

Nice hotel to stay at Hat Yai…cannot get the room that we requested but not issues at all…clean hotel with the best bed and a very very good aircond in our room..for aircond we give 5 star ❤️🥰😘

The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, but the TV and the kettle have problems and can't be used.
