"The location is good, the breakfast is provided, and the accommodation itself is old and worn, but the overall atmosphere is pretty! It was nice to be able to feel the sensibility of Paimanㅎㅎ There were ants in the bathroom and window frame, but they didn't come up to the bed!!😁 The owner? was also kind, and I was going to go on a sunrise tour alone at dawn, but there was a staff member guarding the lobby, so I felt reassured👍🏻"

喵子呀A small independent villa with a natural oxygen bar, a room is an independent space, quiet and beautiful, especially suitable for emptying yourself. It is 2 kilometers away from the Pai night market. The owner is very enthusiastic and takes the initiative to pick you up every time. Of course, you can also rent a small motorcycle to ride! The owner is a local and speaks English. The house is a typical Thai-style wood house. Remember to take off your shoes when you enter and leave the house. If you go to live in Pai, I really recommend you to experience it~ The room is very clean, you can hear the birds calling in the morning, and breakfast It’s you who got up and the boss did it now~ that day sitting on the small balcony during the day, watching the boss and his wife take care of the yard, making grass and so on, and there are 3 puppies running around, hoping to get old. You can find a place like this~

GGuest UserI stayed at Luxury Farmhouse Pai for seven nights in December. The property itself is genuinely very nice — the setting is peaceful, the design is well done, the photos are accurate, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well looked after. You do get what you pay for in terms of the physical space and overall presentation. Where it fell down for me was the guest experience over a longer stay as a solo traveller. A lot of things felt overly procedural rather than personal. For example, being given breakfast vouchers on check-in and needing to present them every morning felt unnecessary after several days. It’s not a major issue, but it does change how the place feels when you’re there for a week. Breakfast itself was fine but basic — fruit, rice porridge, toast, and eggs. Perfectly acceptable, just not especially memorable. I also had ongoing issues with the Wi-Fi in my room. When connected it was fast, but it dropped out frequently, and I often had to switch networks or hotspot from my phone. Payments for extras were another source of friction. Card payments weren’t accepted for things like laundry, there was no option to run a tab, and when paying cash they often didn’t have change. These are small operational details, but over seven nights they became frustrating. The biggest issue for me was the scooter rental the hotel partners with. They required either a passport or driving licence to be held, plus a large cash deposit. That’s not something I’m comfortable with, and it’s particularly disappointing given how important scooters are in Pai. I rented from another shop in town that only required a copy of ID and a deposit, which was much more reasonable. The hotel is walkable to Pai town (around 20 minutes), though a scooter is recommended. I also wasn’t informed in advance about the shuttle service from the bus station, which meant I walked in with luggage on arrival. There was also noticeable noise at night from nearby music, which did eventually stop. Overall, this is a well-run and attractive property, and I can see it being a great fit for couples or guests wanting space and privacy. For me as a solo traveller on a longer stay, it felt a little disconnected, and several small but important details took away from what could have been a much better experience.

JJunjunjiedeyijianminsuThe room is the same as the picture. Let's talk about the inside first. The air conditioner faces the bed and you can't adjust the wind. It is either on or off. It is awkward to use. The wind is very strong. Another point is the noise problem. There is a bar near the door. By 2 o'clock in the morning, those who have insomnia will definitely become even more insomniac. It is very noisy and loud. The breakfast is still good.

GGuest UserThe location is beautiful, however, for what it costs the rooms are really tired. The food at the hotel was not very good. I’m not sure the experience justifies the cost.

MMaimon TopWe stayed in a cute bungalow at the very end of the resort. The resort is secluded with quiet peaceful ambiance, suitable for family or group vacation. There is a swimming pool and a small dining place if you opt for breakfast. There is sufficient parking space. The resort is about a kilometer away from the Walking Street night market, and the street is quite dark at night.

AAfroSaxonLovely retreat off the beaten track. Great location for quiet relaxing trip. Surrounded by lush greenery and mountain backdrop. The rooms are big and well decorated. There is a large swimming pool on premises. Breakfast was ok. Nothing too fancy: bread, coffee/tea, with boiled or fried eggs. Cereal also available with fruits.

WWin ShweIt was such a great stay there. We can even watch the sunrise from our room. The environment is quiet and clean. There is no rental service around there, but uncle dropped us in town to rent a motorbike by his car and it was free service. There’s free coffee, bread, and fruits and you can get as much as you want. You can make BBQ yourself also. We accidentally burned the plates and we asked to pay for them, but they refused to be paid. It’s worth to stay there compared with the price.

GGuest UserExcellent place for the price. It isn’t like some of the other places that are directly in town, but it’s like a 10 minute walk to get to the center of Pai. Kind staff and great amenities.

NNatalya*This place was amazing. The location was perfect, edge of the walking street to jump into town but still soooo peaceful! The river is right in your backyard with great view. The restaurant is so lovely to sit on the river too. Not the best food but good enough for breakfast. The host was very helpful running both. I got extra pillows I requested. I would only ask that they add a mattress topper as I sleep on my side and it would upgrade the beds a bit but otherwise very comfy and fun to be in a tree house. Def would come again
