JJessica12Loved the hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, speak good English and nice selection of food.
Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant.
They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us.
The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests!
Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!

The staff were very nice
But the hotel itself was not so great
The TV is completely useless, because the very few channels are all fuzzy
We were there for four days and on day one I noticed a dead Roach that stayed there till we left
The huge key you'll have to leave at the front desk, because it's too big to carry
It reminded me of my childhood when my parents had to do that
But the staff and breakfast were both very nice

MMasalIt was soooooooo great. The view was beautiful, people were kind and the room was cool. They gave me an upgraded balcony room, recommending me to enjoy the view, and it was so true. Breakfast was included. It was a bit simple, but enough for me. I ate a lot of watermelon... 가성비 최고! 미니 버스나 택시 타고 어디든 가기 좋고 바다 접근성도 좋아요. 옆에 있는 비치 클럽에 간 것도 좋았습니다.

Из минусов - в ванной нет крючков для полотенца, в номере на 4-х одно маленькое зеркало на высоте пояса. Зато хороший фен. Ремонт местами очень не очень. Завтрак нормальный. Английский понимают

GGuest UserThe hotel is not too far from the center of Bodrum town. It is easy to drive to. The location is excellent, the environment is quiet, the facilities are sufficient, the spa is great, and the hotel's beach is beautiful. It is a good place to relax on vacation.

TTat_MIt was a perfect stay for 1 week: 1. Very tasty breakfast 2. Gorgeous view from terrace 3. Nice pool to spend time in 4. Very helpful owner, which helped us with everything: laundry, cheaper taxi, transfer... 5. Very comfortable room (superior room) - a lot of space
Only minuses will be: 1. A lot of stairs up and down each time you want to leave hotel 2. Strange cleaning service: first time it was proposed without preparing in the afternoon when we were sleeping. Next time they also asked about cleaning after we came to the room after the sea and wanted to rest. Last day they suddenly lost their keys to the room.... So the drain in the shower wasn't cleaned and was clogged, not so pleasant.
In all other aspects everything was good!
Would recommend and come again!

Mmr_AndrejThe hotel is a bit tired. We stayed in an apartment, which was quite large and had everything we needed. We could request dishwasher and washing machine supplies at reception, where the lady working there was very nice—a special thank you! But the furniture, plumbing, and spa area are in serious need of renovation. The breakfasts were okay, but nothing special. The location was important to us; there's probably no better hotel nearby. The spa area has a warm pool, which is nice in November because all the other open ones are either very cold or closed. We drove, and there's underground parking. The hotel is okay, but for the money, we've had better in Turkey. Perhaps after the renovations, it will be better, but we're unlikely to return if we ever return to Bodrum.

GGuest UserI had a lovely stay in this gorgeous boutique hotel run a by lovely young couple who made me feel very welcome and at home. The room was very clean and well appointed, nice pool area, amazing views over Gumbet Bay and a lovely poolside bar. If I come back to Gumbet I will certainly book here again.

GGuest UserI would recommend 1000000☀️❤️, i love breakfast, there are many options, staffs are very friendly, swimming pool and view are amazing. Actually i have never seen clean hotel like this ❤️ and i just walked to beach for 15 minutes and city centre is near too.

Location is great and close to everything.
Food is actually decent for an all inclusive (not the best but you have options to pick what you like).
Drinks are available all day, although not premium the local beer was nice and the piña coladas were nice but needed more alcohol.
The spa is included and the pool was quiter there and also the hamam and sauna was free. Massage was offered as additional but the price was cheap.
Cons
The rooms are in need of refurbishment.
We had ants in our room although we never had any food or spillages
My partners bracelet was missing from the room, we were never drunk and certain it was left in the room. We reported it but never had any updates back from them.
No iron is provided so bring your own.
The hairdryer wasnt working although they replaced it within 30mins.
The beach is average I've seen worst but not the best. Wake up early if you want a sunbed next to the beach as they get taken pretty fast (no drink service at the beach either).
I would say this hotel is probably a 3-4 star and not a 5 star experience.
