This was a layover hotel for us and it did the trick. It is only about 15 minutes away from Teminal C at EWR and also has shuttles that can drop you to the airport. Remember to call ahead of time and book your slot because the shuttle runs at scheduled time and can be full. They have a decent spread for breakfast. The reception is very helpful as well.

Guest UserGood facility, and staff were quick to provide pack n play for my family. The hotel is in an interesting pocket that wasn't as quick to get to from the airport as I would have expected

It is surrounded by highways, so it is extremely difficult to get there by car. The shuttle vans from the airport are black and white, making them difficult to distinguish.
