Christine and Robin are fabulous hosts, and made our stay wonderful. They were ever-helpful with plans and places to go, and their pre-visit procedure is 5 star. Evereything we needed to know about places to park, places to eat and itinerary ideas were sent out prior to our visit, so we were well-prepared! Thank you Christine and Robin!

The Guest house was very clean and homely. The bed was really comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. Christine was friendly and welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. Genuinely a really lovely stay and I would definitely book again.

Fantastic! Everywhere was extremely clean, the breakfast was delicious and the location was great. Lots of great walks nearby and places to eat within easy walking distance. The host was very friendly and helpful. She was on hand if we had any questions and even provided a lovely lounge to relax in.

I'd like to say a big Thank You to Christine and Robin for another lovely stay at Ty Helig. This was my third visit and it has always been consistently excellent. Christine and Robin are great hosts who are fun to chat with. The breakfasts were superb, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The house has real charm and character. All in all, I would say that this is B&B as it should be! Thanks for everything.

Excellent B&B - nice clean room, sitting room area with.a log fire and overall very good. A very helpful, friendly landlady and landlord and a superb breakfast. I have stayed here twice now - both times very good and my go to place to stay in Brecon.

We had a really comfortable stay, and the breakfast was superb! The room was very clean and pretty well maintained. Friendly hosts, very convenient location for town. We enjoyed our walks in the nearby national park. Some good mountain biking nearby too. Would highly recommend. Cyclist and hiker friendly.

We stayed as a family of 12 for a wedding in Peterstone Court which was a five minute drive away. We had a lovely warm welcome when we got there. The room was immaculately clean and very homely. We had breakfast included in our price which was made to order so lovely and warm and fresh. Definitely somewhere I would stay again and recommend to friends.

We had a lovely stay for a family wedding in a venue nearby. The b&b is in a prime location in Brecon Town and easy to walk to the town centre and the canal. Everything was explained on arrival and loved the coffee/ tea making facilities in the room and fridges available on all floors. The hostess was amazing very friendly and made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely and relaxed , plenty of refills on toast, tea and coffee. Great communication before our stay , would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

I’m a regular visitor to the area and usually stay in a cottage - due to the short duration of my stay I decided to stay at Ty Helyg guest house. I will certainly be staying again and can highly recommended. Lovely cosy rooms and a very warm welcome - thank you for your wonderful hospitality and see you again soon I hope. 😊
