Room that smelled like smoke like a chimney, bathroom light burned out (it can happen but if I tell you, change it), minibar falling to pieces and wall peeling. They changed my room only after calling the agency I booked through. To apologize they offered me one breakfast for two... Although convenient for the hospital I will never set foot there again!!! Hotel comodissimo per chi ha necessità di stare vicino all'ospedale (basta attraversare la strada). Camere spaziose e molto pulite, non moderne ma sicuramente accoglienti. Bagno pulito. Personale disponibile, gentile, accogliente, sempre pronto per qualsiasi richiesta. Davvero grazie. L'hotel dispone di un parcheggio coperto e uno scoperto.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel due notti a cavallo del capodanno. La posizione è molto comoda, infatti è possibile lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio coperto messo a disposizione dalla struttura e prendere la metro che si trova a pochi passi dall'hotel, che in sole 3 fermate porta in centro. Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti dalla gentilezza e professionalità della ragazza alla reception. Stanza un po' datata ma completa di tutti i confort: dalla tv con sky, al condizionatore e frigo bar. Buona la colazione, peccato solo che la mattina del 1 gennaio la scelta era molto limitata rispetto al giorno precedente, in quanto erano presenti soltanto prodotti confezionati. La giustificazione è stata l'impossibilità di rifornimento dovuto ad un giorno di festa. Lo abbiamo trovato improprio avendo pagato la colazione a prezzo pieno. Nel complesso giudico buono l'hotel per la posizione e i servizi che offre, peccato la delusione finale.
