Additional charges for basics everywhere. As far outside the town as possible, but shuttle service frequent and reliable. Ski in and ski out very helpful. Reception and bar area look like they are out of a basic cheap airport hotel. Give an awful impression and not comfortable. Bar area consistently had an over powering stench of bleach. €16 for a gin and tonic ……. Breakfast great if you love sweat treats and pastries. Selection of hot or healthy food was awful, if you want anything that will provide any genuine nutrition for a days skiing you are out of luck. €25 euro per day to use the pool or basic spa facilities as a resident is a total joke. Especially as actively advertised as a spa hotel. A leisure centre is a requirement to make 4 star status, to then not offer it FOC to residents makes this essentially a 2/3 * with the option to pay to use a pool. Went for dinner at an exclusive 5* hotel nearby and couldn’t help out notice their charges for non-residents to use spa and have massages were cheaper then how much this place charges residents! €20 a day to park a car, also a joke Our room was large and pleasant, but other members of our party had tiny room “in the basement” Staff blatantly aware this place is awful, show no pride in their work, often rude and disinterested. When compared to the prices of other hotels in the town and their offering, this place is very bad value for money.

A lovely stay at White Angel. The breakfasts and dinners were splendid with more than enough to eat. Rooms were clean , bright and spacious with gorgeous views. The ski in ski out was great for us but definitely not for beginners. The only downside was the sporadic timings of the shuttle bus at the end of the day making it difficult to spend time shopping and meeting friends who were staying in the village. The walk from the village to the hotel was 15/20 mins provided there was no ice but definitely not suitable in ski boots and carrying skis. Altogether our group had a lovely time and I would like to thank the friendly staff.

This is a great little hotel, right on the slopes with amazing views. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Comfortable rooms, lovely bar and restaurant. Didn’t use the spa but heard only good things about it. It’s ski in ski out, only slight downside to that is the run it’s on is a red, so you need to be confident enough to handle that. Could also do with a bit of signposting when you return to the hotel as the ski in entrance is easy to miss. Definitely going back.

Nice hotel with great staff, the rooms are modern and clean and the bus runs twice an hour down to the town centre. However, I would avoid half board as dinner is very average and they didn’t mention on booking the spa is an extra £25 per person per day, ran by a different company which didn’t keep the spa very clean which was disappointing..

The White Angel Hotel in Cervinia is a true gem for anyone serious about skiing and looking for a comfortable, well-run place to return to after a full day on the slopes. The ski-in, ski-out access is incredibly convenient — you are right on the mountain, ready to ski and then return to the hotel in the afternoon without any hassle. The rooms are clean, warm and cozy, with most offering beautiful balcony views of the surrounding alpine scenery. Breakfasts are fresh and filling — just what you need to start the day strong but the real standout this season was the evening dinner buffet, which was absolutely outstanding. In addition to the usual delicious Italian fare, there was a fantastic variety of salads, meats, and rotating hot dishes. Every night offered something new, and the quality was consistently excellent. The hotel also has all the right amenities for skiers, including a practical and well-equipped ski room that makes storing and accessing gear simple and efficient. The only downside is that access to the spa area is not included and comes at an extra cost, which is a bit disappointing for a ski hotel. That said, the rest of the experience more than made up for it. Overall, this is a fantastic place for anyone who loves skiing, great food, and a comfortable stay in a prime location. I’ll definitely be returning!

The hotel is clean, tidy, and well-run. It has a great ski-in, ski-out facility (red run), which made wrapping up our day with the kids much easier. However, there are three main downsides to the hotel. Firstly, the food was disappointing. We were on a half-board plan, and both the first and second courses were often unappetizing. Most evenings, it was difficult to find anything decent to eat; one night, we even decided to go into town for a proper meal. Secondly, the wine and spirits are overpriced. It's concerning that wine is cheaper at the top of the mountain than in a hotel in town. Lastly, they offer a shuttle bus to town and the gondola since the hotel is located at the top of a steep hill. It's a 30-minute walk back so really there is no other option but to take the mini but when they collect from town, if the bus is full, they do not go to the gondola - one day we ended up waiting nearly an hour. We didn't use the pool, as 20 euros per person, per visit, and no children under 14 after 5pm is ridiculous and should not be advertised as hotel with pool as this is a separate spa faclitily located in the hotel.
