Great hotel, great experience. We were travelling with our 2 year old and had an adjoining room, which was very spacious, very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was free - would recommend getting a car to zip up to the slopes! The only negative feedback would be the food - namely the dinner service. The staff are so inexperienced and out of their depths - they're trying, but it was just appalling. The service was laughable (asking 5+ times for water, huge waiting times, waiters had no idea about the menu - always had to go and ask someone else, who also had no idea) and the food was inedible on more than one occasion - it was clearly microwaved one too many times (very dry and crispy in that stale way that only a microwave can achieve!), it lacked flavour, and the produce was low quality - definitely not fresh! The vegetarian 'special' is just the main special, with a scoop of rice instead of meat. If they sorted out the dinner service, it would be 10/10. I highly recommend staying here - but eat out at other local restaurants!

Lovely hotel near to the centre of town, overlooking the mountains. An on site ascenseur (lift) takes you down into town in a couple of minutes. Slightly tricky hotel to access in a large vehicle due to roadworks in the Av du Comte Greyfie and a tight turn to get into the on site car park. Greetings were friendly, the room was acceptable, and the bathroom too. Breakfast was buffet style but had good choice. It is listed as a four star and with fairly small rooms it didn't quite add up to that. Three and a half stars would have been about right, but it was a good place for a two night stay.

Nice grand French hotel , rooms modern , comfy and a good size. Great breakfast. Sauna and small gym . Close enough to walk to main Bride Les Bains lift to then be in Meribel in 25 mins. Own car park or options off street nearby, all free of charge.

The hotel was so clean and quiet,also staff were friendly and helpful smiling.But the internet was so terrible,they must improve the internet.lt is a very bad situation that there is no internet in 2024.Not all of the guests live in France.Most of the people come from other countries, and when you sell hotel rooms,you say there is internet.

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay there to access the ski slopes of 3 Vallées. Great value and clean. Would definitely recommend if that is what you are looking for. The staff was also great. We are very happy with our stay. Better coffee at breakfast and longer fitness room hours would be our only suggestions for improvements.

We had Family Suite and it was just as pictured. Very clean and great balcony. Hotel appears recently renovated and is in great condition. The breakfast every morning is perfect for variety and easy for day on slopes. It is a short up and down walk to Olympic Gondola where we rented skis and left them in locker overnight. The Gondola is about 20 minute ride and very easy and peaceful. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you want to sleep away from resorts and enjoy a little village. I would stay here again.

This is very nice hotel , excellent decorated and looked refurbished as well. It is situated in a nice place with central view to the mountains . It’s pretty close to the centre of the town and close to tele-cabins for taking to nearest ski pistes . It also has a free parking area just close to the hospital . The rooms are comfortable , tidy, modern . The bathroom provides amenities . The breakfast is almost adequate , although it doesn’t correspond to a four star hotel . There is not big variety of foods provided . Once the trays were empty they were not refilled. The personnel didn’t replace the food that was still missing even when it was enough time ( at least one hour) for breakfast to end.
