The front desk staff were friendly and funny! We had a very pleasant check-in and subsequent interactions with the staff. Our 9 yr-old enjoyed the water park and talking me into buying him things at the front desk lol. I wish there were microwaves in the rooms and more coffee options, but these are minor things. Overall, it was a great stay.

To be honest, the hotel is fine, but really dated and very bare bones-everything from the worn sheets to the minimal breakfast. Nothing bad, but definitely not impressive

Enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, fun northwoods decor and a convenient location based on our planned day tr ips. Breakfast had a nice variety of choices,the attendant kept items stocked and the area was clean.
We forgot our laptop computer in the room when we checked out. When we called the manager Travis and employee Tim were very helpful. They checked the room quickly and had it waiting for us when we came back to get it. We are grateful for their help and honesty.

I will NOT stay at this hotel again! When I checked in, the front desk person didn't even crack a smile. I got to the room and noticed stains on the carpet, hair in the hair dryer, and a moldy shower curtain. I went to the lobby and waited a good 10 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk. While I was waiting, small children were running around and screaming in the lobby while the parent was eating pizza in the sitting area ignoring their kids. Mind you they have a "waterpark" for the kids at this location. No adult pool at this hotel.
I asked the front desk to change the moldy curtain and all this time I felt like I was a bother and not a welcome guest. Long story short, the shower curtain was never changed. Everything in this lodge is outdated, they are using the same sheets, towels, and pillows. Their "continental breakfast" is slim pickings. Cold hard-boiled eggs with make-your-own waffle station with unedible batter.

Room was nice; friendly staff. No USB ports in room. Only 1coffer pod and 1 coffee cup in a room that could hold four adults. Not huge issues, but these small touches can be very important!

We had a very nice weekend with our daughter and grandaughters. The staff was great and so helpful. The building (inside) could use a little updating, everything was clean and comfortable.

We spent the day at the house on the rock and looked for a place to stay before heading on to the Dells. The rooms were fine, breakfast was ok and the Kids loved the pool with the slides. However the pool area surely needed a makeover and looked a bit sketchy. Yet we did enjoy our short stay.

It was clean but looked outdated, also the soap piece was very small and only 1 coffee for the coffee machine, breakfast pretty bare.
