Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very low quality. The sheets had stains on them, but appeared to be clean. The mattress was not super comfortable, but adequate.

The hotel was beautifully kept up and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was good. The front desk was mostly unattended and the usual information given at check in was mostly not offered.

Everything was clean and safe but the floor in the room. We found toys garbage and a lot of hair on the floor

The bed was sooo comfortable! The coffee was freshly ground as you dispensed it. It is quiet and clean.

Stayed 2 nights. First morning there were many breakfast choices. Second morning things were no refilled and mostly gone. I had stopped by the front desk for extra towels. I was told they would bring them up to the room. After about 30 minutes I called to inquire and was told I’d have to come get them if I wanted them because the front desk person was too busy to help. I shared that I had tried that and was told they would be dropped off but the new front desk person said they could not help due to many excuses and said the other person was no longer there. Towels never arrived.

Very friendly staff. Lots of breakfast choices. Wonderful Costa Rica coffee, individually brewed. All in all a comfortable night close to the action (in our case, Ann Arbor happenings).

Pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was very thin and you could feel all the support bars. It literally was impossible to sleep on.

Room entrance door had a very strong closer, and did not have a way to hold it open. As this was a handicap room, it made it very difficult to get our luggage and ourselves into the room without being “knocked over” by the door. This could result in a personal injury.
