Hot tub did not work at all and the pool was just gross who knows when it had been cleaned. The ice machines did not work and the vending machines where empty.

Front desk clerk ignored me for a couple minutes at check in, though no one else was there, not even an "I'll be with you in a moment".
Vending machines broken; purchased snacks at lobby for 3 times the cost for the exact same items in machine. Room was run down condition. Only saving grace was a decent breakfast offered. Won't stay here again, many other nearby options.

General manager was nice. Not enough towels room was incredibly small for a king room and the showers are incredibly slippery. Hot tub was broken again. Everytime I go it is broken.

The room was comfortable and clean. The pillows were nice and had a restful nights sleep.
On the way to dinner, took advantage of the location and walked to the restaurant.
Unfortunately, the pool water was ice cold and the hot tub was broken. It would have been nice for the front desk to communicate this when asked where the pool/hot tub area was.

Waited at the check in desk for close to 10 minutes before being serviced. Found out the hot tub jets were broken. Breakfast had no options for people with food allergies - not even a variety of fresh fruit. And the room smelled rancid. Overall, a sub-par experience.

We got there and were informed their broiler broke, no hot water and no discounts. We could go to another hotel...day before Thanksgiving, after traveling 12hrs.
