Four Points flex by Sheraton Brighton

A £40 room disguised under a £110 price tag, depending on which night you choose. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The walls are paper thin (outside noise is expected in Brighton but the noise was coming from normal conversations people were having in adjacent rooms, and toilets flushing above and to the side). Asked for a room close to the lift and was given a room at the very end of a series of corridors, accessed via two additional flights of stairs AND a lift). Was charged £7.50 for a pint of Red Bull (yes, just Red Bull). Hotel attempted to charge an arbitrary ‘late checkout fee’ to my card on exit, which I declined, as the majority of the lateness came from the 20 minutes we waited for the solitary lift each time we needed it. If you do book, keep a close eye on the price, as it changes every day. By cancelling and rebooking I saved £20.

Very friendly staff. Will do anything to make your stay comfortable. Bar open long hour. Was able to Seat outside and have drink before bed. And take drinks ink upstairs to room. Breakfast was perfect coffee teas brought to serve at your table. Cooked full breakfast. The staff when for extras for couldn’t do more than enough to help.

Nice clean hotel nice location , nice staff , parking could be a problem only a few spaces in car park at £25 extra , wasn’t clear on the process did ask in advance via email but didn’t get a response, imagine car park is a problem at weekends and when busy , restaurant only served breakfast but lots of food places near by
