Bland, charmless, dated hotel
I asked for a room on a higher floor with a view.
I was told only the first floor was available.
I persisted a bit, and they told me they couldn't possibly try to upgrade you.
Then they told me the hotel was full, all 8 floors???
Then they asked me for a supplement... To accommodate our request...
All this was very unprofessional 🤔
Very poor value for money ❗

Located in the suburbs of Lyon, there is a T rail car to the city. If you don't drive to the old town, it is more cost-effective to buy a 24-hour ticket, so you can transfer to the subway and bus at will. The hotel has free parking, good facilities and services, rich breakfast, and is a good place for self-driving transfer
