disappointed because wifi problem......staf tak bagi apa-apa maklumbalas atas pertanyaan berkenaan wifi...... saya tak boleh nak buat kerja dengan baik disebabkan ketiadaan kemudahan wifi di bilik penginapan kami.........

The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is not satisfactory.. the view is comfortable

Clean, smelled good when I entered this service apartment. But if you wanted to have stuff like microwave oven, etc you have to pay for it at the front desk office. Water heater’s maximum heat was warm. Bathroom water trap always choked during shower and created ponding and would only go down after a very long time. The bathroom tiles were not clean and had dead bugs on it. I was disappointed with the unbothered attitude of the front desk when I asked for WiFi password. She said “Oh WiFi… under maintenance… Rosak (Spoilt)”. She stated it as a matter-of-fact and no apologies were given. Whereas on the description it says WiFi is provided. TV only shows local Malay channels. Decor in room was ok. A ceiling light was flickering, causing much annoyance as it was connected with living area’s light and doorbell didn’t work. When I brought this up to the front desk, she said she will call me (there’s no phone in the room btw) and get a technician to come down. I knew nothing was going to happen and I just walked off, annoyed. Needs proper upkeep and maintenance.
