The hotel is located in the downtown area, which is very convenient. The room is old and the bathroom is very small, but the service is very good. The lady that did my checking lacks of a welcoming attitude . It wasn't personal. During my stay, I observed that it was the same to other people doing the checking as well.
Very noisy room. The washer machines next to my room around and the street sounds.
I would.not stay again.
It felt claustrophobic despite I booked with terrace. Very small room with no windows. The terrace was next to the toilet.

Enjoyable stay at the George Williams Hotel. did need to have to request that the shower head be tightened as it was swinging around on the wall, and water going everywhere. Can't understand how the cleaner did not see this when cleaning the bathroom.
We had breakfast at the restaurant in the same building, NEVER again. Cook unable to get the eggs right, coffee cold and tea very weak (did ask for

It is a good hotel for budget minded travellers, particularly younger people. We are not young. The aircon was too cold, and with it turned off, the room quickly became stuffy. However, at the price it is good value.
