Fantastic location! The lagoon pool and gardens were stunning and a great place to relax (look for the water lizards!). Sauna was a great spot to relax after a day out.
Location was perfect for Story Bridge Hotel. Nearby convenience shops, restaurants, and bottle shop were very handy, didn't need to drive once we arrived.
Will very happily stay here again.

Greatfull for a river view apartment, though the room needing updating cupboard doors needing replacement and carpets lifting.

Location was great - close to the river, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and The Story Bridge Hotel a few doors away. Beautiful lagoon pool, which made it feel more like a resort than a city hotel.

We enjoyed our stay & the location was great! Our 2 bedroom condo/apartment was nice. The pool area was beautiful! Really enjoyed the staff too, super friendly & accommodating 🥰❤️

Room was clean and spacious, great location, free shuttle bus to the city and back nearby. I understood room was not ready before 2pm so reception advised they will call for an update. No call received. Came back at 5pm, same person who promised to call handed the key, no apologies, and merrily went back chatting with colleague.

The property needs an upgraded tbh. But the aircon was cold and the bed super comfy!! The staff are excellent!! They are very friendly and addressed any concerns that i had immediately :)..I will give them a 12/10 😊
