This is a perfect hotel if you want to stay in Brisbane city center! The room was huge (apartment style) and fits until 4 people (the sofa bed was queen sized). The view was wonderful and BEST location with that price. Next to the hotel was convenience stores, and near Queenstreet mall as well.
The heater didn't work at the first night, while the weather was 12°C. But the next day it worked, just not warm enough for us asians 😅, still 24-25°C. Good enough.
Breakfast was great, but we expected it to be a buffet breakfast, turned out it was a la carte style.
The staff were very kind to let me and my elderly parents check in early at around 12 PM, after 4 hours standing at the airport due to some problems.
Overall, very nice experience.

The location is very ideal. You can take the airtrain from the airport to the hotel and get off at the central station. It only takes about ten minutes to walk there. A few minutes' walk from the hotel is Queen street Mall. It is very convenient to buy food and play. The only thing is that the flower drying is not movable and the water power is not enough.

Rooms booked were damp and musky, and had a bad smell.
Washing machine broke and my clothes were stuck in there. Made arrangements with management for them to post my clothes back once they sorted it out - then never heard back.

Hotel rooms are very dated and need a good clean. Sometimes our sheets had stains. The cleaning isnt great and there are a few problems with the layout of the room e.g the plates in the kitchen were kept in the same cupboard as the bin. The location was great and staff were great. I just wouldnt stay here again until the rooms were refurbished and cleaning improved.
