Check-in went well, sadly good experience ended there. The building has no sound isolation, the neighbors are noisy, housekeeper has no respect for guests privacy and entered the apartment without my consent.

Friendly, helpful managers to greet us when we arrived who offered us any assistance we needed. Not a huge, overpopulated complex. Lovely, clean apartments with great views of the river just a short walk to the Teneriffe City Cat Terminal. Many places to eat nearby with the Breakfast Creek Hotel not too far away as well as a small shopping centre with the essential businesses. A great place to stay if you don’t want to be in the city, but not too far for a city cat ride if that’s where you want to go. Have stayed here a few times and will definitely be back!

Excellent position and well appointed unit. Needed a bit of minor maintenance e.g. chain missing off one large roller blind and bathroom door catching against door jamb

Fantastic check-in by staff, very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location on the river and easy walk to essentials. Restaurants and cafe's across the road. Will definitely revisit!
