入住前，其他評論説前台大叔態度不好，但我遇上的是一位親切的紳士，耐心給我指引，還給我升級帶陽台的房間，退房時也笑着與我道別。辦理入住最好是晚上6點前，雖則辦公時間寫晚上8點，實際上長者家晚上7點就好像下班了。
很吵確是事實，位置是T型路口，又面向加油站，常常有風馳電掣的電單車，也有貨車停車的強勁噪音
布里斯班河就在旁邊，很多人散步/跑步，風景和空氣都不錯！

Booked the pet friendly room thinking it would be similar to rooms shown in photos on the website. BIG MISTAKE. Arrived, greeted by a very rude man. Was shown the room and ended up leaving in under 5 minutes. If you want a view of your partner going for a dump from the bed, it would be perfect. I have never seen anything like it. There was a small shower curtain to block the view. There were also dead cockroaches on the floor on arrival. When we let the man know we were not staying he was extremely rude (we let him know politely that the room was not for us and weren't asking for a refund). I am not one to leave negative feedback but I strongly advise people to avoid this place - I was absolutely mortified. We ended up finding a beautiful pet friendly place up the road.

The man I spoke to on the phone is the rudest person I've ever come across.... Was a blessing in disguise that they were booked out for football... When I brought up how rude he was he told me this is how he speaks to everyone.... I was trying to book as we were going on a cruise the next day.... We ended up staying up at the sunshine coast ... Seriously I wouldn't even let my dog stay there... If you want to be treated so badly here is the place to stay ...

Rough as dogs balls. No in room toilets or shower. Across the street from all night BP lit up like a Xmas tree. Curtians dont even cover the windows in full. The road outside is loud and busy til late. Matresses probably bought at op shop. TV kettle and fridge work. Only stayed here for early morning airport drop off, but regretting it already. It is cheap, and you get what you pay for.

Totally awful. Owner was rude and arrogant. The room was in the under parking area, towels were stained. The whole room needed a lot of TLC. Laundry tub for vanity, no where to sit except on the beds. The toilet had a shower curtain to cover it. Fixtures and walls were stained. On the plus side, the room was clean and beds comfy, It was on the corner of a busy street so very noisy.

Contracted scabies from stay there. 3 police banging down our door at 3am I don’t recommend at all.

I’d expect this level of property for $50/night, not nearly $100. Shared bathroom not made super clear in listing (fine print buried deep). I can handle that but not the fact that the pipe work stunk and it was just generally grungy. Place needs a coat of paint, new pillows/beds. Served a purpose but would never stay here again.

No bathroom in the room, it was right on the highway and there was no sleeping to be had - lucky I was here for 12 hours only!
