The hotel is in a good location, very close to Milton Station. The hotel facilities are very good, clean and the rooms are large, but you have to check in before 5 o'clock. If you check in late, the waiters will be off work. The hotel is cost-effective and I will book this hotel again next time.

It was a nice apartment with a kitchenette, living room and bedroom that you could close off from the living room with a sliding door. So there was privacy after all. The room was noisy - it was unclear whether it came from an adjacent hotel room or outside.

I brought some food from the local supermarket, left it on the kitchen bench overnight, and found all the food was spolied with ants the next morning.
The management explained to me after the event, said all food stay out needs be in airtight containers. However, there's no warnings about it and seems the hotel managment is fully aware of the issues.
Very disappointed about the hotel. Would never stay there.

Great sized apartment in an accessible location that’s easy to walk to so many food & grocery options. Nice & quiet but close enough to the city while being right on the train line. Super friendly and helpful staff that did everything they could to assist with any queries. Great spot that was very reasonably priced, would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Well presented and equiped, within walking distance to Suncorp stadium, restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy to access.

There were no hand rails beside the toilet or shower/bath. Bath floor is slippery and stepping over the side was difficult.. Also the bathroom door lock jammed while i was in there. After hours maintenance was difficult to reach. I was locked in there for 50 minutes which made me late for my check in appointment at the hospital where i was due for surgery.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Ferry was a short walk away. Fab chinese restaurant on site. Plenty of restaurants very close by

Staff at reception were very helpful. Rooms very comfortable. Excellent location a stones throw to the city cat. Always well priced.
