The room I stay in smells soo bad and had 2 kids with me .The towels were left in fridge, the toilet was still dirty.. I ask to exchange to another room and one of the staff says nothing available.
It’s more like a one star hotel.

Misleading advertising. While it looks nice from the photos and the street - don't be deceived. This property was old, dated, TV didn't work, lift didn't work, the restaurant, bar and pool have all been closed for years.

Door didn't lock properly, restaurant closed on a Wed night/Thu morning so food options that were advertised weren't available.
Room looked nothing like any of the rooms in any pictures on here or website.

Location was excellent - just a short (uphill) walk from Central Station so the train from the airport was a great option.
The hotel is a little tired and could do with a detailed refurb but was fit for purpose and comfortable. The rooms were quite and the little kitchenette was good.
