I booked this place because I was attending a friend's birthday party. I felt that the owner was not willing to make any investment in facilities. The furniture in the room looks like second-hand goods from a second-hand store. The price is not cheap, I will not choose this store again next time.

I was welcomed at reception and staff were very pleasant , helpful and accommodating. My room was spacious and very clean. I’d definitely stay here again.

Just average, run down. Cleaning staff were useless. The bar was never open. It was dark, noisey and there were children running around way to late in the evening.

IF you are looking for a quiet stay, DO NOT stay here. Kids running along corridors from as early as 5.30 am. People with loud tv's and their doors open, parties in rooms. I had to go and buy ear plugs to get some sleep.
The actual room was clean and a great size.

Good location in the Redlands Coast, close to transport, restaurants and attractions. The room was large and spotlessly clean.
