Hampton by Hilton Bristol Airport

Easy to walk from airport bus. Hotel was warm & clean &provided a good breakfast at 4 in the morning!

We stayed overnight for an early flight. The room was lovely and the staff were excellent. We had a meal and that was a good size. Unfortunately it was raining and we got soaked going to the airport, the tunnel needs to be longer!

Very nice room, not accessible as we had booked but we did arrive very late. Reception were very kind and brought us some extra pillows to help support my husband as he had large tumour on his leg. Breakfast was very good, everything we needed. Some nice touches including fresh fruit and yoghurt and some fruit smoothies. Very happy with our stay.

Nothing special about this hotel, apart from beeing really handy for the early morning flights. It’s a short walk to the terminal. S

The only good thing about the hotel was the location because it was near to the aiport. Besides this, everything was bad especially the breakfast in the morning, lacked varieties and it was even worse than ibis/holiday inn chain hotels. Also, the staffs at the reception is so arrogant and talks to each other and ignored me and when I was keep standing to "check-in", one of them finally came and asked my name that I used for booking and I am russian so I have a long name and the staff was trying to pronounce it and was having a laugh about it which was super condesending and lacked standard customer service ethic. The room was so-so.
