We had a great time staying here for 2 nights. Love the swimming pool. Would live to come back again.

The hotel is excellent and highly recommended! Luckily we are arranged to stay in a corner room with pano view! The only disruption is the breakfast … which is mixed with the other two hotels and below the expected standard.

Dorset is located close to the ******, brilliant to just be able to walk to any restaurant and bars and the reception as well as all staff were incredible! Cannot recommend enough

Got lucky and scored a heavy discount for a midweek tet+a-tet. Full retail tarriff is extortionate.

Very disappointed with the state of the room upon arrival and the amount of time staff take to check in, check out or even answer phones to deal with any concerns

It’s a very nice hotel, the room is spacious, clean and comfortable, my view was amazing and the location very good, walking distance to the shopping center and good restaurants.
Also attached to the ****** 🎰.
I definitely would stay there again.

Dirty towels and duvet !!! Sorted next day
Safe didn’t work - took two days to fix
TV didn’t work.
Noisy bathroom exhaust fan
Last trip was great
This time I got a dud room
No continuity on staff to fix the issues no notes taken
Breakfasts I booked at check in were not logged so delays each day at breakfast etc
Needs improving !!
