"Dorsett Gold Coast boasts a prime location, just one street away from the large shopping centre Pacific Fair. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it only takes a 10-minute walk to get to the beach. The hotel entrance is right at the Tram Station. The room facilities are quite good, featuring a small balcony that offers a view of the sea when opened. However, the shower water pressure is somewhat weak, and the floor gets a bit slippery when wet. Aside from these, I’d like to give a special shout-out to Carter at the front desk for making us feel right at home. 黄金海岸的帝盛酒店位置很不错，距离大型购物中心Pacific Fair就一条街的距离，周围吃的很多，10分钟可以走到海边，酒店门口就是Tram Station。房间的设施也不错，带小阳台，打开可以看到海。只是淋浴水量比较小，地板沾水有一点滑。除此之外，特别点赞前台Carter，让人有宾至如归之感。 - Chinese Customers"

"While the location is convenient and the room is spacious, the overall experience lacked the quality and refinement expected from a five-star hotel. The view was nice, but I don’t think it offered good value for the price, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again."

"Check in was pleasant. Offered a glass of champagne while waiting to be checked in and front desk was accommodating. Room was clean and spacious with a little balcony which had a nice view of the beach. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Only let down was the lifts. Only basing it on my experience but it seemed like you had to wait a while and sometimes when a lift did stop it was packed so you had to wait for the next one hoping that would have enough room. But other than that I would stay again as everything you needed was either at the hotel or all around you."

"Awesome apartment with all the amenities and great views. Very close to a range of public transport and restaurants/ mall. The apartment has everything you need, including parking. Make sure to ask for pool towels on your arrival because we didn’t know they provided these until the end of our stay. Only a few things to note, the glass table in our lounge was not secure so just be mindful if you have kids. Also the couch needed a good vacuum as bits of food, dust, etc were down the sides of it. We only could get little bits cleaned up (as pictured) because our room vacuum, the suction wasn’t that great and it was partially broken."

"The hotel room is clean and housekeeping services are good. The only issue is that the car park is not free. Take note if you do plan to go to the casino to play, always take a ticket when you enter the car park and when any of your travel mates have earned 5 tier points in the casino with the star club card, go claim the free car park and you can save on paying for it. You can rent a car and go places like Yatala Pies and eat great pies."

"A spacious and modern apartment with sea view is the right way to enjoy a family holiday in Gold Coast. The two rooms do not disturb each other, and the living room, dining room and kitchen are open. After a day of playing, you can lie on two double sofas like Ge You, relaxing and comfortable. The sea view is not satisfactory, after all, there is a certain distance, and there are many buildings in between. In fact, you don't have to spend money on the sea view. If you want a first-line sea view, you still have to choose a hotel next to the beach. In addition, there is a construction site next to it during the stay. After the work starts at 8 o'clock in the morning, you can hear a little noise. The sound insulation of the room is good. The facilities are complete, the shower is powerful, the air conditioning is sufficient, the TV has Disney+ and Netflix, and the washing machine and dryer in the independent laundry room are very convenient. You can use the induction cooker to make a simple instant noodle supper, and it is also good to throw the pots and bowls into the dishwasher after eating. Parking is convenient. Each apartment room has a corresponding underground parking space. You can swipe the room card to open the garage door and the garage elevator goes directly to the beach. It takes five minutes to walk to the beach, but Broadbeach is really broad. The sea is vast in the early morning and evening, and the sky is high. Once you put the baby on the beach, the whole family will not get tired of playing on the beach all the time. For breakfast, you can walk to the cafe on the main road 100 meters away. The convenience store is a little far away, so we usually go to the big supermarket near oasis to buy. In terms of disadvantages, the daily cleaning is rather casual, and the floor is not even swept, just making the bed and changing the towels. In addition, there is a pillow in the master bedroom, which is probably because the previous guest's dog urinated on it and it was not cleaned. It always smells a bit of urine, which is a minus point. The price-performance ratio is OK, and Ctrip booking is cheaper than booking, thumbs up."

"Our experience was good. The apartments are well organised and no lengthy check-in process like other places. A bit surprised after paying the amount due weeks before and then being requested for another $500 prior to checking in otherwise the booking can't be guaranteed. Most people take American Express in the accommodation industry and this was also a surprise. Apart from that it was a very pleasant state and we will book it again if we get a good deal."
