Stunning second floor apartment in converted edwardian house on the seafront. Plenty of parking available on the private road.
Fabulous location with wonderful coastal walks in either direction. Ten minutes walk to Joss Bay to the left, or 30 minutes walk to Broadstairs town to the right. There is also access to the beach below via steps only accessible with a key provided to estate residents.
The apartment itself has a beautiful fitted kitchen with breakfast bar looking out to sea, spacious and comfy lounge/diner, again with sea views. The master bedroom has a Jack and Jill ensuite bathroom with bath and walk in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and arguably the best view of all. There's also a balcony off the hallway if you want to take in some fresh sea air.
Broadstairs is a beautiful unspoilt gem with its golden sandy beach and harbour arm. Broadstairs has it's own micro climate and often avoids the worst of the weather. Even in winter you can often find a sheltered spot to sit outside and enjoy a coffee.
Margate and Ramsgate are both worth a visit as they both have their own vibe and something different to offer. Beautiful haven with great views
We had a lovely stay at this property. The hosts are most welcoming and accommodating, the accommodation was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The beds were comfy, the shower was hot and our kids were so happy to find a few colouring books & games to keep them entertained. It's on a quiet road, overlooking the ocean, slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Boradstairs & Margate. There is a beautiful beach (Joss Bay) close by and a 30-minute walk will take you to Broadstairs town centre.

A great place
We stayed here for 2 nights. Barry was very kind and helpful, and the fridge was already stocked with the basics which made arrival really easy. Everything was clean, a great view, well equipped. (A nice hot powerful shower too)

Immaculate setting with a personal touch
Perfect position on the coastal path with stunning ocean views from a pristine, high spec and comfortable apartment, with private access to the beach via a well maintained stairway through the cliff.As good as it gets really, the owners have set a high bar.

What a View!

A lovely stay
We have just returned from a lovely 3 day, last minute break at Wayfarers Rest. The apartment was spotless and we wanted for nothing, it was like being at home …… actually, it’s probably nicer! Gaynor and Barry were wonderful hosts, so accommodating, welcoming and they had thought of everything. The welcome pack on our arrival was lovely.
Thank you for having us and we can’t wait to visit again soon.

Fabulous stay
I can’t fault this accommodation. It has everything you could wish for. A lovely welcome awaited us. Also provisions in the fridge and a loaf of bread and biscuits which was very thoughtful.
The apartment is spotless. Comfy sofas and very well equipped. A real home from home. The sea views and walks from the property were an added bonus.

2nd visit as such a great place to stay.Excellent hosts. Very comfortable appartment with unbeatable views of the sea from every room and a balcony to sit and look at the moon over the sea at night and the morning sunrise.

Perfect stay
Really friendly welcome and tour of the property. Lots of nice bits in the fridge so we had the basics. The views over the cliff and sea were remarkable and we saw some lovely sun rises. The flat was immaculate and well finished to a high standard. Our sons loved the pinball table downstairs and were on it all the time. Highly recommended.
