During my trip to London, I went to visit an old friend, who recommended a hotel chain near my home. Before coming to the UK, my expectations for the hotel were not too high. Most of the reviews said it was expensive and small, but this hotel exceeded expectations: first of all, the location is excellent, there is a corridor across from the train station, and it is in a large commercial center, very convenient. Convenient; the room is also very spacious, newly decorated and clean; breakfast has everything you need.

The servers Roy, Matheus and Natasha were so welcoming and amazing. They did an excellent job and were so patient with my family on our trip and I would definitely go back just to seem those amazing servers, Thank you again for your hospitality!

Friendly service , in a brilliant location- handy for the high street and opposite Bromley South Station ( 20 mins to Victoria) Stayed 4 nights -had 4 breakfasts and 1 evening meal. Room clean and tidy - and because it was at the end of an upper floor- it was very quiet. The breakfast and evening meal package is very good value

Excellent hotel the staff were so very friendly and so helpful special thanks to Roy who worked there. Very clean and comfy. Breakfast and dinner was amazing highly recommend staying there at the premier inn. They even have a amazon pick up and drop off in reception.

The service, staff, food and rooms are all excellent and great value for money, will always stay there when visiting family. Was good to see some staff Roy and Joseph who are still smiling and make you feel like family. Will definitely be returning, thank you for a great stay.

Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff and a great location. Upgraded to a premier room which was spacious and has some nice extras - especially the chocolates! Car parking was easy and good value too. Breakfast was good, one of our party has coeliac disease and they happily cooked her food fresh to avoid cross contamination.
