The facilities were OK but they have absolutely no idea of how to provide decent customer service. E.g. I asked whether we could have our room made up within the next four hours and was told they couldn't because they were focusing on getting rooms ready for the next group of customers to come in. I've never had that happen before - even in cheaper, suburban motels. Also, my vegetarian friend asked if they possibly provide some croissants without ham in them at breakfast - not a chance! All in all, terrible value for what they charge -but, beware, pretty consistent with hospitality options in Broome.
