The Continental Hotel ★★★★
"Nice room. Neat and clean, and everything worked. Not bad considering the price of room. Good food at the restaurant."
Seashells Broome ★★★★
"We have recently stayed at Seashells Resort, Cable Beach, in a 1 Bedroom King Apartment for 4 nights. This resort is in a great location. It is walking distance to Cable Beach. There is a bus stop directly outside the resort to catch the bus into Broome town. The apartment is very comfortable. The living area has air-conditioning & a ceiling fan, as does the bedroom. The kitchen is well appointed with a washing machine, coffee machine, toaster & kettle, it also has a cooking facilities with hot plates & a microwave. There is a full size fridge. A comfortable dining table & lounges to watch the TV. Outside has an outdoor setting & a ceiling fan. There are outdoor communal BBQs with outdoor settings to enjoy your BBQ. The pool area is very nice with a lot of pool lounges. If you have a car there is parking available. The only downside is the shower is in the bath, but this didn't detract from our stay. We would definitely return to this resort."
Eco Beach Wilderness Retreat ★★★★
"A great way to umwind and relax "glamping" Activities on the site were a plenty and just to laze in the hammocks on the beach were great to read a book on the beach too . Service was fantastic, staff were very helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was fabulous to satify even the most finicky diner. I woudld highly recommend a staycation at Eco Beach to any one."
Broome Time Resort ★★★
"Interesting hotel, average breakfast"
The Billi Resort ★★★★
"We had an overall very nice stay at The Billi Resort. It's located in a lovely, peaceful area on the edge of Broome. A huge shoutout to the Swedish receptionist who welcomed us-she was incredibly cheerful, professional, and lovely. The resort itself is beautiful and very well-kept. The pool area is gorgeous, though the pool water was freezing during our stay. They offer a few different accommodation types (houses, tents, etc.), and we opted for a luxury tent. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed. a safe, and a fantastic outdoor shower (plus indoor bathroom facilities). It also comes with a small galley kitchen; while the utensils are a bit limited, it's perfectly fine for basic needs. A couple of things to keep in mind: when it gets windy (which it did most days), the entire tent rattles-both the fabric sides and the roof-making it very noisy at night. Also, expect to share your bathroom with plenty of frogs! We didn't mind them at all, but it's worth noting. It is on the pricier side to stay here, but then again, all of Broome seems quite expensive. Despite the wind noise, it's a wonderful place and we really enjoyed our time here. We especially loved the BBQ facilities."
Mangrove Hotel ★★★★
"The environment looked OK at first. There is a beach behind, but you can only see it and cannot walk there. You still have to drive there. The room is nice and has a southern feel. There is a refrigerator and kettle in the room, but no microwave"
Pinctada Hotel Broome ★★★★
"This is a nice resort but did feel very expensive for what it was. Positives: Nice, calm environment and great to spend a few days relaxing Great breakfast Negatives: Room aircon has locked settings and unable to cool the room properly. No filtered water available other than small bottle on check in. I was advised to fill my water bottle with the bathroom tap or shower which is poor considering hostels offer drink fountains. No robes and very limited toiletries. No assistance from staff with heavy bags which is a shame because I’m pregnant and it’s not as easy as it usually is!"
Kimberley Travellers Lodge - Broome YHA ★★
"Good for travellers who look for values on short stay. A plus point is that the place is within walking distance to fast food eateries namely Macdonald's, pizzas and many local bars with eats. Added bonus is the town visitor''s centre with the ever-so-friendly staff who were so helpful when I approached them for help with regards to travels. The greyhound coach pickup point happens to be at the stop nearby. More importantly is that Coles Superstore is not far away for people who prefer to do their own cooking in the shared kitchen provided by the lodge. Better than I had expeted before my arrival."
Moonlight Bay Suites ★★★★
"The surrounding environment is very good. It's nice to take a walk in the morning. It's close to the mangroves. It takes a while to walk to the beach."

Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa
The Pearle of Cable Beach
"Horrible hotel without much privacy. Need to close curtain if you don’t want people to look inside by doing so can’t have fresh air in the room. Reception was most unhelpful with information. Worst of all no one will be at reception after 6pm, if in emergency you’ll have to call them by using long distance call if you don’t have local tel card. I really will not recommend this hotel considering it’s not cheap over US$300 per night"
Cable Beach Backpackers
"I enjoyed staying here. I had no issues with the hostel washer and dryer and it only took one hour. They have powerpoints for charging electronic devices which I liked. They allow you to store your luggage if your departure time is much later than your checkout time which was the case with me. I came back to the hostel and had time to kill before my taxi ride to the airport and they allowed me to use the pool. The pool was very cool and soothing and a very welcome break from the scorching hot day. They have fridges to store food. I would recommend that this backpackers built and installed some personal lockers in the rooms because they were none and lockers will mean your personal items you don't want to lose are safer. The backpackers staff actually walked with me to show me my room which was going the extra mile. This backpackers also has a small area where you can buy cold drinks."
Discovery Parks - Broome
"We cannot thank Michelle and her team for accomodating us, they bent over backwards for cannot say enough as to how grateful we are , accomodation is lovely clean all the amenities you need, pool area is lovely, close to Matso’s mangrove and shopping area Thankyou again Georgina Badman"
Roebuck Bay Hotel
"This place is great good value for money. But I would think twice before staying here on a Thursday or weekend if you need to sleep which I did. As it’s packed on the weekend and then when pub closed patrons came back to their room and kept partying. When I asked people to shut up I was told basically to “go away” what was most annoying was apparently one of the people making noise worked at the roey. So although I still take the place I just won’t stay on weekends. But overall still good value for money and great service and nice rooms."
Bayside Holiday Apartments
"Stayed three nights in a two bedroom apartment. Was initially frustrated upon arrival as discovered only upon entering their gated driveway, a sign on the side fence directing us to Moonlight Bay Suites in the next street to check-in. Reception was efficient and friendly and we were soon back at Bayside. We were impressed with the coded security gates for vehicle entry and security screens on doors. Only our patio screen fell off the hinges and when placed back on wouldn't lock. The apartment was very old - early 1970's style with dark brick walls, brown kitchen and dark green door frames. However, bed was comfortable, living area and both bedrooms had split system aircons and ceiling fans. Plenty of milk in fridge and towels including pool towels. Kitchen well equipped with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Location was handy, Matsos Brewery opposite. Apartment could use an extra mirror as only one in bathroom and an extra powerpoint on other side of bed would've been handy. There was some disruption with indigenous guests staying up late drinking alcohol and swearing Ioudly. Other than that, I would recommend and stay again."
Blue Seas Resort
"The location was good and even though it is not the closest to Cable Beach it is still withing walking distance. The motel rooms were very clean and well maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. Parts of the rooms had been renovated and looked modern, although the shower area was still a little outdated. The location was convenient, with several shops and amenities within easy walking distance. The only downside was the lack of an airport shuttle service. Getting to and from the airport can be quite expensive, as taxis and bus shuttles are costly. Overall, a pleasant stay with a good balance of comfort and convenience."
Cable Beachside Villas
"Charlotte and staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We stayed 5 nights. Villa 5 was very clean, tidy, roomy, quiet, and well equipped for a self-catering holiday. They are older villas but, great location. We would definitely go back. "
Pinctada McAlpine House
"When travelling, we always focus on our chosen accommodation to be a reflection of it’s environment, so were very keen to stay at McAlpine House in Broome. Our first impressions were very favourable, it has a great deal of tropical charm with its architecture ,art and furnishings, an interesting history and we also enjoyed it being away from large resorts and within walking distance into Broome township. Not having a car there, it was a bonus to find a regular and punctual town bus route with a stop a couple of hundred metres from the property. However, it has many unfortunate aspects as well, given it is certainly not inexpensive. The two part-time staff members Toshi and Celine were pleasant and helpful, but it was obvious more staff or a better attention to detail regarding presentation are both essential. We are aware the climate of Broome can be a challenge to general infrastructure, but with that comes a need to keep on top of even basic maintenance. The gardens were a mess of neglected plants and fallen branches, and the placement of large aviaries with depressed parrots in an area of limited space was very unfortunate. Signage was faded, the boardwalks had lifting boards, creating a possible tripping hazard, the nighttime lighting was inadequate, and the open laundry service area was untidy and chaotic. Though our room was spacious and very comfortable , the bathroom flooring needs urgent steam cleaning as it appeared to be showing mould. Having read reviews which indicated fabulous breakfasts, we have to disagree. There were only two options of very ordinary cereal, no milk alternatives, and a small loaf of bread , the slices of which got lost in the toaster. We had a good serve of yoghurt, followed by very nicely cooked omelettes or poached eggs, alternated daily, but this was all.No juice, no fruit, ham, bacon, pastries etc., no coffee other than black. One other guest was particularly unhappy about only having cereal and toast for breakfast, not being able to eat eggs. So, overall, a disappointing experience , given it could be a delightful property with more expenditure and care."
Cable Beach Apartments
"Well situated - walking distance to Cable Beach and a very good craft brewery (Spinifex); pub/bottle shop next door. Very nice apartment; plenty of room; clean and tidy; streaming services on the TV. Adjacent to the swimming pool which was a lovely spot for a dip and a quiet drink at the end of day of sightseeing "
