Motel Falcon

The motel is very clean and decent. We stayed for 1 night and we are good to stay longer if given the chance in the future.

My partner and I choose this family friendly motel earlier this year and we were not disappointed. The staff is attentive, bilingual and we were able to check-in early. The room was comfortable, except for the mattress which was way too soft. The location is exceptional, with many transportation, restaurants, and malls in close proximity. There is plenty of parking, 24-hour security and the area is quiet.

We arrived from the UK with receipts of our rooms; booked. 2 rooms, 2 nights. The hotel informed us that THEY only had 1 room booked for 2 nights, not 2 rooms for 2 nights. We showed them our paid booking. They were NOT interested and said they could not help and said, if we wanted another room we would have to pay extra. We argued, asking them to speak to their third party who they instruct to book rooms on their behalf. They did not! Now not understanding English. They were uncooperative and rude! Whilst waiting another group of people were arguing with the reception staff over their deposit After an 8 hour flight, we booked another room (no choice) but, we cancelled the second night. Could not wait to get out of there!!! The location wasn’t great, but we found ‘The WhiteRabbit’ bar/restaurant which was great. Food was amazing, had ‘poutine’ for the first time yum 😋

We are always weary about an hotel before we walk in but to be honest this motel was great clean spacious and friendly service I would recommend this place anytime
