Wingate by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport Plainfield

The shower was a little weak, very low water pressure and small bathroom. But, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean and breakfast was good-nice warm meal.

This hotel is not what it shows on the internet. When I first checked it, I was put in a room that either someone had smoked in or pets was there was also mold in the room. I asked them to move me to another room because my allergies instantly were killing me. The young man at the front desk told me to go back to the room and said he would come check the room. I had gotten food on my way to the hotel. So when the man walks in, he says it just smells like food. it's fine. I told him I couldn't stay in the room and that I would be here for a week, so he said he would check and come back and let me know. He finally comes back and moves me to a different room. It was better but needed to be vacuumed and mopped. A couple of days later, no one had cleaned the room yet, so I called front desk and asked about the cleaning she said she would put a note in computer for them to clean. They came in a took trash out and left towels but never cleaned or changed my sheets all week. This hotel looks great in the lobby but needs major repair. Mold ...major stains on carpet I picked this hotel first because of the Wingate name but pictures on line are deceiving. It wont let me upload the photos.

Room was a bit run down… bathroom had stains in the tub and looked old. Internet was constantly cutting out. Stayed for three nights and my room was not cleaned once! Sad because I like the Wyndham brand 😥

Wonderful hotel, right near the airport Enjoy our stay at the hotel. Very clean. Breakfast was a hot buffet, and it was excellent.

Enjoyed out night. Bed was comfortable. Place was clean but there was rust stains in the bathroom. Front desk was friendly and helpful.

Clean, safe, servicable hotel by the airport. Everyone was very nice and hospitable. It's a well traveled hotel, and so its not going to be immaculately clean. Our room was good, and we appeciated the hot breakfast. We didnt use the pool and the carpets by the ice machine are in need of replacement. Overall, no complaints.
