The front desk clerks were very friendly, professional. Very knowledgeable of the area and able to give easy directions. Breakfast was fresh and hot and the area was kept clean.

Hotel was great. The only problem we had was the mattress on the sofa bed was not comfortable and it dipped down on one side.

The hotel has a “policy” of only deep cleaning the room on the third day, with a “refresh” on the second day. This policy was not communicated to us, nor was there any information in the room. Even with that, they failed to “refresh” the room at all. There were no clean towels, cups, or coffee supplied. They said that they could not provide a discount on the room even though it was their mistake because we booked through *******.

We liked the room and it’s cleanliness. The only problem we had was the room above us was so loud. It sounded like there were cattle running back and forth. I called the front desk and complained but nothing was done. They kept running back and forth. FYI, they looked alot like the woman who was at the front desk. Never saw any parents with these kids downstairs.
