Beautiful hotel, the private pull was a plus. The breakfast was good but not wonderful. Location 5 stars.

Very friendly staff, always smiling and ready to help. Cute and clean rooms, with everything you need (includinh chocolate). A very nice breakfast area I would have stayed in for the entire day. All in all, an excellent experience. Fully recommend.

Fantastic location right on the canal, rooms are great bed is comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful… beautiful hotel and look out for the celebrity endorsements on the walls… definitely recommend a stay here if you want something right in the heart of the town

Dear Ana and team at Hotel Tuilerieen It is not often we feel a need to write to a hotel we have stayed at to say thank you, but in this instance we felt a need to write and thank you all again for such a wonderful stay. All of the team we met were absolutely delightful people to meet and talk with and all were so helpful and friendly. The fact everyone also welcomed our little Daisy so warmly was also deeply appreciated. Ana, thank you again for your help in arranging the meals out - all of the restaurants we went to were fantastic. We also enjoyed our chats with you. To the team on the front desk, likewise we appreciated the genuine and professional help and courtesy's you extended every time we walked past - and Jytte resisted the urge to take the tulips when we left. To the delightful lady in the dining area your bubbling enthusiasm and friendliness each morning will be missed. To the chef and his team, wow, what a beautiful breakfast each morning which was so appealing, tasty and beautifully presented. This is an amazing hotel and we had a wonderful stay. Our room was very spacious with a super king sized bed, fantastic bathroom and a stunning view of the canal. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, without being intrusive, and made us feel looked after and welcome. The hotel bar is beautifully comfortable and we loved sitting in there for tea and drinks. I cold not recommend the hotel more highly.

We booked two double rooms in 'charming room' category for 2 nights. Very disappointed. We discovered too late that this means a small room in the attic under the roof with two small velux windows. Very much not aligned to the atmodphere and decor of the rest of the hotel. We didn't think that it would be possible for a room like this to even exist in a hotel under the 'Small Luxury Hotels of the World' umbrella. Breakfast on Morning 1 was chaotic - ran out of warm food choice options. 2 staff members to cook, replenish buffet & serve coffee in dining room. Morning 2 was fine - much fewer people in dining room. Price of breakfast €30 p.p - quite a lot for a standard breakfast buffet in very small space (max 4 people possible to stand at one time). Decor in the hotel very tasteful. Staff very nice.

Celebrated New Year's Eve in Bruges, booking two lovely canal-view rooms at a high cost. Despite the hotel's overall beauty, we faced disappointments considering the price paid. No welcome at the entrance; we carried our luggage. Room lacked a dental kit, charged an extra €5 for it. Limited complimentary water, no additional drinks despite room fridges. Daughter's room had only a bathtub, no shower. Positive note: enjoyable breakfast, but inconveniently, the hotel didn't serve dinner or lunch, surprising us.

Lovely stay in a beautiful boutique hotel in the centre of Bruges. Friendly staff, beautiful rooms. We stayed here the last few days of December 2023 and enjoyed in particular the pool, which you can use privately for 45 minutes. Breakfast was good too, except the breakfast lady was a bit grumpy but for the rest lovely staff.

Why three? The breakfast is not what it was and they are trying to make money from everything. Breakfast is not worth 66 Euros for two: it has lost its decadence not that we ate or drank it but you felt you were somewhere special. Now you could be in any hotel anywhere. I know it’s daft but the real fire has gone replaced by an electric picture of a fire (sorry cheap) Our room was lovely and the view superb. Finally one of our party was vegan and gluten free and lactose intolerant OK quite a bit but all she was presented with was bread and that had milk in!!!! They the. Refused to wave the charge for breakfast. Sorry the Tuilerieën is not what it was
