Very lovely place. Room has all I need for my 1 night stay. A little small, but it’s enough for me. Directly opposite the train station. Free coffee/ tea in lobby. More amenities can be requested/ purchased from the front desk.

Toilet was smelly with a weird stale smell, not sure what the cause is. Location was ok, good if you are travelling in/out of Gare Du Midi, otherwise it’s quite a sketchy area, with people screaming at 3am in the morning. Otherwise, just a basic room with lacking amenities like any other small european hotels. Plus points for free breakfast!

Room is small. It is what you paid. Cleanliness is ok. Nothing special. Just a room for rest and then you can go for yoyr adventure.

Location by Eurostar terminal was perfect.
Sharmin on the desk welcomed us and was very helpful. If I had to criticise it would be that although breakfast was good the room to eat breakfast in was too small to accommodate the guests.
The local area was rather unpleasant but visiting Brussels was well worth seeing. Sharon 👍

The location is very strategic—only a 2-minute walk to the tram station and a 15-minute walk to the city center. The room was very clean, and the amenities were quite complete. They also offer free coffee and water at the bar, and luggage storage is provided at the reception. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful.

Amazing location right next to Brussels midi station, and the team was very nice and professional, i had an issue with the room and the team immediately addressed it in a professional manner

Frankly, I want to give this hotel full marks for its clean and nice environment, free coffee and water at the pantry island next to the reception, and friendly, cheerful and helpful receptionists, just my local friend there said the location does not seem very safe at night. Indeed it’s quite quiet at night. So have a weary eye when you walk back to the hotel.
If you are considering a hotel near the Midi Station, I will still recommend this hotel. It is just 5 mins away! No need to worry about the noise from the trains, you hear nothing inside the hotel and room!
