I booked an attic twin room. It is very spacious. Location is in the centre of grand market (old town area) which is very convenient to travel around the city. However, moving luggage from central station to hotel is very challenging as most of the roads  in old town were made of rock. It is very bumpy. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Booked OPO hotel in the city centre as i have a flight out from Brussels. The location was perfect as it is right at the city centre. Rooms is big and facilities looked new. Bonus that it has a few chinese restaurants and a chinese supermarket just below the hotel. There is also a Carrefour Market in just less thsn 5mins. All the major attractions are within walkable distance and it made it easy for me since i only have a day in the city to explore. Definitely recommend for people who want to stay in the city centre

Comfy hotel, at the heart of city Brussels, room is very clean and the concierge are all helpful and polite, pleasant stay.

The standard room was very clean. I enjoyed the amenities very much and not to mention the location within the center makes it easy to get anywhere you need to go. The staff is very friendly and always available. Definitely recommend and will be returning in the future!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Brussels. All tourist spots are in walking distance from here. Outstanding friendly and helpful staff! A real recommendation!

The room was very nice but the maintenance noise was very loud and I slept opposite the office workers working. 🤓

The hotel located in the central, many restaurants are surrounding and it’s near the train station, also famous visiting places. The staff are nice, the room is big, clean and tidy. I’m highly recommend it.

Very satisfied with the service. The room is very comfortable and warm. It is very close to the central station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk. It is recommended to take a taxi for 8 euros because the road surface is all uneven cobblestones and the wheels of luggage are easy to break.

The location is great, but the poor cleaning (a hair was found upon arrival, the bed was not fully made, once after cleaning the light was left on in our room all day), the indifference of the staff (additional radiator was carried to the room by ourselves, coffee/cream was not always replenished, an empty box without napkins) did not make us want to return to the hotel again. Strange conditions for the deposit: they took 100 euros, checked out today, have not received it back yet, we are waiting

Sometimes, when we travel as a group of three, we book a single room if we prefer a larger bed. This hotel wasn't available, so we had to pay an additional 30 euros per night for the third person. The location is great, in the city center and close to the central train station, making it convenient for commuting to other cities. However, the roads are all cobblestone, so lugging luggage requires taxis, which can be exhausting. The room was quite large compared to other European hotels.

The location is excellent. A five-minute walk to the Grand Plaza is on the left. There are a variety of restaurants on the right, all for your budget.

The location is excellent, the room is very clean and tidy, and there is a lot of space. Because there are three of us staying, the hotel specially arranged an extra bed after communication (and also paid extra).
