A few minutes walk away from Bruxelles Midi/Midi Zuid. Room is comfy and cozy. Staff were nice. The only issue I had was one towel in the bathroom was dirty/used upon check in. Housekeeping should always double check. It leaves a bad impression.

Telephone system and air conditioning system are out of order. They didn't want to fix the problem and didn't change the room for us!

Everything was excellent! Customer service was great and they were very friendly. The beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best I had ever tasted! The parking garage is limited and tight however we were able to fit our van. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

Great location close to railway trams and buses. Great receptionist who gave us perfect directions to Brussels highlights. A really enjoyable stay.

The transportation is very convenient, and although the facilities are a bit old, the service is warm and the breakfast is pretty good. There's also someone to help out.

Good location as it is just opposite Brussels Midi train station. However, it is unsafe to walk late at night. The bedsheets were dirty, towel has hole, and the toilet light is RED?? Nice that the room has 2 toilets 👍🏻

Standard hotel for sleep, bathroom looks a bit tired, could do with a deep clean or renovation. Hair dryer not very effective. A/C doesn't work very well, could need maintenance. For a Superior room it didn't feel very superior. Good amount of space though. Close to main station for Eurostar.
