Résidence-Hotel le Quinze Grand Place Brussels

The hotel is located on the Grand Place, so the location is great. The staff are very friendly. Although the room didn't have a view of the Grand Place, it was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.

The location was great; I could enjoy the view of the Grand Place from early in the morning until late at night. It was close to the station, so I also went to Bruges and Ghent. It was also easy to walk around Brussels. Carrefour, restaurants, and arcades were also nearby. However, the cobblestone streets made it difficult to carry a heavy suitcase. The hotel was clean, spacious, and had a great view, but the lack of a refrigerator can be a bit of a problem. The hotel staff was friendly, but they weren't always on-site, so they couldn't help with unexpected issues. The hot water in the shower didn't work from around 11 PM until around 7 AM the next morning, which was a real problem. If I had known in advance, I would have used the shower earlier. Since meals were included, I enjoyed a delicious meal at a nice restaurant across the street.
