Booked twice now with Safestay and they have been excellent. Nice easy check in no matter what time, both the hotel and hostel rooms are a perfect as a base camp. The hostel and hotel rooms use the same comfortable beds with USB/plug sockets and a reading lamp. The bathroom facilities have been clean and have a good pressure shower.
The location is no more than a 5min walk from the centre square and is located only 20min from Midi station.
If you’re doing Brussels on the cheap I would highly recommend!

The location of the hotel is very convenient to travel. Our 3-person room is a bunk bed and a single bed, but the room is not only smelly but also super small, and there is no air conditioning! And it's nice to have a personal sleeper curtain.
However, I made a prepayment on Trip.com, but they insisted that it didn't work.
I didn't make a fuss after calling Trip.com's customer service center.
