Extremely worn out. No daily cleaning as said.
No bar or cafe as said.
Brekfast starts 0830! Too late if you have an appointment!
Close to Grand Place which was the only positive.

The worst hotel experience in my life. The room was dirty, the furniture is old, also there are cockroaches and bad smell in the room. Also you can’t sleep well, because you hear all sounds of your housemates from other rooms. Stuff is neither. So If you want to get risk of your health and have a bad vacation you could stay there.

This hotel is good value, comfortable and clean in a nice residential neighbourhood close to the centre. The staff are friendly. Highly recommended.

It is in a perfect position to visit the city center just walking. The staff is kind and friendly, the room is comfy and spacious, has extra blankets, minifridge and a kettle with cupsnfor tea. Maybe they could upgrade the bathroom,but since it's an old building i think our bathrooms were good.

Amazing hotel! Amazing prices, amazing service and clean and modern room. Highly recommend. Breakfast €8 with a great range of pastries, cereals and a coffee and juices machine. Refrigerator provided in room and bathroom clean&pleasant.

When I walked in, the room was really hot (however it did come with a fan which I left on 24/7, and a mini-fridge which I just left open when I was in the room). When I went into the bathroom, there was urine in the toilet and it had not been flushed which was disgusting!! The bed was actually comfortable but the pillow was very low. (I had to put some of my clothes under the pillow to lift it). Overall, the room just did not feel clean. The shower was terrible! You had a choice between boiling hot, or freezing cold. The receptionist was friendly, but this is the only positive thing I can say.
