The establishment is neat and clean with a very helpful attendant on site; however, I don't believe management/owners are taking an active role on site. 1. I was flying in from a multiple stop trip and the requirement was for me to establish an exact arrival time which was just not possible when you consider airport regulations. 2. The vegetarian request was not attended to in our first breakfast. 3. The establishment did not manage the water outage experienced in the area on the last day. I was given 1 5l to make do among two grown adults who needed to bathe and brush teeth.

It is always such a pleasure staying at The Wesley, the staff are very friendly and professional, the rooms are wonderful to stay in. The overall experience is fantastic and we cant wait to return. Highly recommend staying here.

Time and time again issue in entering the property and exiting - no one at reception and after a lengthy search found the receptionist in her room broken leg and unfazed at lack of front house presence - totally unacceptable for a high end guest house -

Fabulous boutique BnB with amazing staff to check in, an INCREDIBLE cooked breakfast from Cindy, and just general looking-after from Lize. We will definitely be back when we come back to RSA and need somewhere central, comfortable and quiet to stay for a great price.

After reading reviews before booking, I did not expect the stay to be this disappointing! Firstly, no friendly staff, rooms wasn’t clean at all! Spiders all over the room! Did ask for doom and received it but over all for the amount that we payed for 2 rooms, this maybe was my worst stay ever when booking on ***********!

Lovely B&B in the heart of Bryanston which is really central. Gorgeous garden, large spacious rooms with all amenities. Well priced and the staff are really helpful. Would highly recommend this spot. ..

When we arrived, room had been double booked, they moved other person out, no cleaning done, found medication in the draw. No sweetners available, no drinking glasses in the room. Shower was dirty. Bedside lamp did not work, plug had blown. Photos on website nothing like we landed up getting. Very disappointing.

I was planning an overnight and site seeing in Joberg. The Hotel said they could arrange airport transportation. After several calls the lady at the front desk said she would have someone meet my flight. The flight was delayed and the driver did not check with the airlines in advance. He also did not have money to get out of the airport parking lot! It's a long drive 30 minutes + from the airport.He wanted to be paid in cash instead of adding it to my bill. I wanted to get something to eat and the front desk was not helpful. Finally I found the Owner and she took care of everything. The room was nice and quiet. It is one room with the tub and shower next to the bed. The grounds were cleanand inviting.
