The location and staff were great. However, we stayed in the room with the fireplace, which we thought would be cozy. It had lots of room, but the room STANK all the time like a smokey forest fire. It was hard to deal with, despite opening the windows as much as possible. All our clothing and gear ended up smelling like smoke too. So a nice place, but just avoid the fireplace room!

Details are misleading on ******* which I trusted initially, the name mentions resort, and pics shows individual cabins with 2 restaurants in the property, but it is just a motel and the real restaurant is closed for good. The hot breakfast was toasted bread with butter, cereal and apple, I trusted ******* for details and got truly disappointed.

Location is great, just min from Bryce Cyn. Room was big. Just needed a place to stay for the night. Very quiet; it looked empty.

Our stay was ok. We had the suite right behind the office and it had a fire place. The hotel is dated as others have said and with the resort fee which is unnecessary at this time of year (everything was closed) the rate was a bit high for what you get.
Breakfast was yogurt, toast, apples and cereal.
This is a very basic stay and the rates should coincide with that. There are much nicer places to stay closer to Bryce Canyon for less at this time of year. I’ve stayed in really basic places so I’m all good with that but don’t expect to pay resort prices or resort fees for basic accommodations.

Cabins, so no noise except for the occasional car driving on gravel. Clean, although there were a couple flies—not sure what they were living off of. Breakfast was good: scrambled eggs (great!), potatoes, pancakes and occasionally ham. Juice was good (not watered down, several flavors). Hot water was instant and HOT, hotter than it needed to be. Microwave, stove top, and dishes in cupboard.

I was very disappointed in my stay at Bryce Canyon Resort. It was not a resort, not even up to a standard hotel with a 3 star rating. The condition of the room was very old, not up to standards that ******* should even have on their website. There was trouble with the sink hot/cold was reversed, the shower was uninviting to the point I wouldn't even take a shower. The entire room was dingy, probably hadn't been updated since the 60's. There was haphazard parking, and the free breakfast was just as uninviting, poor selection of hot food, cereal and breads with a container that had people just sticking their hands in handling the plain white sandwich bread. The restaurant was just as old and dingy as our hotel room. Very disappointed and not anywhere up to the standards I would ever stay in. The price was outrageous for this accommodation, over $348.00 for a poor "motel 6". I would expect at least a partial refund for this substandard room and ******* did not represent the reviews with a rating of 7.2/10!!
