4/5Very GoodReally nice staff especially front desk and morning breakfast. However facilities could do with some upgrading especially the carpets (fully flat) and the aircon. We were there during really hot summer and it took a long while (like hours) before the temperature could come down to a reasonable cool level/

5/5PerfectThe location of the hotel is very good. In the old town. It is surrounded by well-known scenic spots in Bucharest (except the Arc de Triomphe is a bit far). It is recommended to choose rooms on both sides instead of the dark room in the middle (the windows of the fewer rooms in the middle are towards the lobby)

Haven't found the right property yet?
Highly disappointed due the poor efforts from the front desk on everything. It seems the team is just trained to do the basic and avoid going beyond expectations. Problem with the deposit: blame the guest. Request to change a room: ignored without not even checking their system for availability. Call Center: never a clear answer. Facilities are fine, location is fine, but service needs to be highly improved.
