Close to restaurants, but also close to the highway, so highway noise. Probably just our neighbors, but lots of noise next door till after 2 am. Other than that, perfect.

The front office staff was very friendly on New Year's Eve and helped us improve our room and when we complained about white towels piled up in the hallway they quickly picked them up.

I got an erroneous charge on my card for a "Misc Fee" that was added post checkout when they ran my card. I have been told several time that the manager would call me but that hasnt happened still. I do not know what the charge was for. The front desk told me the manager removed the charge and send me a receipt showing that, but this still hasnt been reflected on my card so not sure what is the status. All of this has taken 3 days to resolve so far and still not completely resolved.

Room was clean and sheets / bed smelled very clean. Wife has OCD a little and searches for hairs and bed bugs, was satisfied. Nice location, next McDonalds, boutique coffee place, gas etc.

Hotel was easy to find and close to a lot of places. Parking lot is well lit. The desk clerk was super friendly and check-in to room was really fast and easy.

Upon arrival air conditioner had to be turned on by staff. Dead bugs in lobby near luggage carts. Curtains had suspicious red stains. The sitting chair also had suspicious stains. The sink did not drain unless I completely removed stopper. Tub looked dirty. WiFi was basically non existent.
