Extremely satisfied! Not only is the hotel beautiful, but the service is also excellent. For a stay in Budapest, this hotel offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely book here again next time I visit, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Check-in time was flexible; we arrived early and were immediately given a room to rest, which was a huge plus for those arriving on early flights. Our standard room was on the 5th floor, a typical hotel room setup with good natural light and plenty of sunshine. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. In contrast, the bathroom had a much more distinctive design. A highlight was the small spa pool on the basement level, which had a unique vibe, wasn't crowded, and was very relaxing. It's complimentary for guests. While the hotel breakfast didn't have a huge selection, everything was relatively tasty, especially the Hungarian baked eggs, which were exactly to my liking. The staff were friendly and helpful. Recommended! PS: There was a wedding party on the day we checked in, and the music was quite loud at night, but fortunately, we couldn't hear it much from the 5th floor.

This hotel excels in cost performance, location, and service. Pros: ・Room and Bed: Very clean and air-conditioned. I was able to sleep soundly. ・Bathroom: The toilet, sink, and shower room were clean. The shower pressure was also appropriate. ・Staff & Service: The front desk staff were kind and courteous. The free luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was very convenient. ・Lobby Environment: The area around the front desk was clean, and I was able to wait comfortably until my departure time even after checking out. ・Location: About a 10-minute walk from the station. There are many delicious restaurants and hawker centers nearby, making it an excellent location. Cons: ・I was a bit concerned about a slight odor from the bathroom drain. If that could be improved, it would be a perfect score. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is a highly recommended hotel as a base for sightseeing.

Clean, comfortable stay with very helpful staff I had a pleasant stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Budapest. The staff were very nice and professional, and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. I also appreciated that the wake-up call came on time, which was important for my schedule. The room had good basic facilities, including tea, coffee, water and air conditioning, all of which worked well. Reception was also very responsive: when I reported noise from a nearby room late in the evening, after midnight, they reacted quickly and handled the situation, which helped me feel looked after. The only downside was that some small amenities were not provided, such as a toothbrush, cotton pads and slippers, so it is worth bringing your own. Overall, it was a good and reliable stay, especially because of the clean room, helpful staff and quick service from reception.

Location, location, location! Just a 2 minute walk from the Danube and 5 min walk to the Chain Bridge, on the Buda side. We had a balcony room with a view of the Parliament building and top of Fisherman's Bastion - perfect (see photo). Lovely room with a small, but well appointed, shower room. The bed was huge and really comfortable. Air con was ok but I had a portable fan with me as well which helped. Fridge in room with complimentary water, and TV. Staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was plentiful with plenty of options and good coffee. A nice bar area too to spend the evenings. Easy walking distance to the Buda Bus which takes you up the hill effortlessly on a hop on hop off 5 stop trip to Fisherman's Bastion, Buda Castle etc. So glad we chose this hotel. Would recommend.

Pros: 1. **Great location**: It's right in the city center, just a 5-minute walk to tram and subway stations. There are also supermarkets and cafes downstairs. The streets are still lively at night when you're heading back. 2. **Cleaner than expected**: The private bathroom in the room is quite spacious with a good wet/dry separation. Cons: 1. **Noisy at night**: Being in the city center, it's not very quiet in the evenings. 2. **DIY bedding**: You have to put on the sheets and duvet cover yourself. 3. **Paid luggage storage**: No free luggage storage. Early check-in or late check-out requires paid storage. However, they are locker-based, so your belongings are secure. 4. **Potential for late check-in**: Early check-in might not be possible if rooms aren't ready. If you want a bottom bunk, you might need to check in around 2 PM to snag one. 5. **Roommate lottery**: Getting roommates can be a hit or miss.

The accommodation was clean and conveniently located, with the subway and shopping mall nearby. The thoughtful way they folded the towels was a testament to how well the property was maintained. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a kitchen and bathtub. The room description stated light cleaning every two days and full cleaning every five days, but during my stay, the cleaning service came less than half the time. I kept waiting daily to see if they would come, but they didn't, so I initiated a chat and they finally showed up. They didn't come again after that.

From the moment we arrived, hotel team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. We were especially impressed by the attention to detail and the kindness shown to us throughout our visit. Due to a flight baggage delay, we were anxious about our journey in Budapest. He was very patient to explain what we can do and the hotel would try to help to collect my luggage when BA delivers the missing baggage to hotel. Every request was handled promptly and thoughtfully, making us feel truly valued as guests. In day two, another front desk staff helped to received the baggages with detail correspondence, this action helped me to do the claim with airline. He was amazingly thoughtful and concidered all my concerns to this matter. At the end of my stay, my family left a backpack in the lobby and called the hotel to find it, the front desk staff quickly helped me to locate my backpack, kept it for my collection. I can’t say more to express my satisfaction to your whole team. Your team’s dedication and passion for providing excellent service made our stay comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. It is clear that you take great pride in ensuring your guests have the best possible experience. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who looked after us. The location was good and the staff was very friendly. You can drop off your luggage before checking in, and after checking out you can leave it stored while you explore the city. 😃😃😃 If you stay in the bottom bunk, there's no problem. In my case, I stayed in the top bunk, and the only thing I didn't like was that at night, when someone turned on the light, there was no way to ignore it because there wasn't a curtain to help block it out completely.
