It takes about an hour to walk to the old town, and this hotel is located in a residential area with not many attractions nearby. However, the hotel is clean and the room is super spacious. I'm very satisfied with my stay this time.

I received exceptional service from the front desk. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for her name, but she was the staff member who checked me in on July 27 between 3:00–4:00 PM. She went above and beyond by helping me contact the airport shuttle company after I accidentally left my phone on the bus. She also assisted me with booking a taxi and followed up on everything until the issue was resolved. Thank you for having such a dedicated employee who truly cares about your guests. I would also like to commend the breakfast team on July 28 (from around 7:30 AM onwards). They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, making breakfast a wonderful experience. Their excellent service is greatly appreciated.

The hotel is very close to the train station and the city park, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions by bus or subway. The area around is quiet, and there's a supermarket nearby – just keep an eye on their closing times. I was very satisfied with everything, from the good variety at breakfast to the well-equipped room that met all my needs. Absolutely delighted!

Wonderful hotel with really kind and helpful personnel, clean rooms and appropriate food. Location is perfect for those who travel by car - it's 10 min to city center and footwalk to Hero Square but in the area without harsh traffic. And their garage is comfortable and not crowded.

The hotel is clean, and the receptionists are very friendly. They provided me with a firm pillow, ensuring I had a good night's sleep. The breakfast is excellent, and they vary the dishes slightly each day. Highly recommend!
