This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
The heating in the room was completely broken. Despite several complaints, no room with a working heater was offered, and no alternative heating solution was provided. The room was extremely cold, to the point that we actually got sick due to the low temperature.
Even basic support was denied: no hot tea, no hot water, no assistance whatsoever.
The room was not cleaned even once during our stay. There were no “Do Not Disturb” signs, no cleaning tags, and clearly no interest from the hotel staff in maintaining minimum standards.
Regarding amenities:
There was no minibar, no kettle, not even the possibility to make a simple cup of tea. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel.
Apart from the good location, the room itself was absolutely disastrous. What made the experience even worse was the terrible customer service: unprofessional, indifferent, and irresponsible.
After sending a formal written complaint requesting a response or refund, I received no reply at all.
A hotel that allows guests to freeze, ignores health concerns, and refuses to respond to complaints should be avoided at all costs.
