The hotel staff are pleasant, and the information provided is clear and precise. One area for improvement: in a standard room, the fridge isn't connected (contrary to what was advertised), but the hotel gradually provided ice cubes! We are happy with the final outcome!

Clean and tidy with excellent service. It's right next to the 100E airport express, so transportation is super convenient. Even arriving and checking in late at night from the airport was a breeze. The breakfast was incredibly rich and absolutely fantastic, perfect for Chinese palates. Highly recommend!

Great location! Right off the 100E bus stop or visible as soon as you exit the subway. The room wasn't huge, but I could easily open my 28-inch suitcase. It came with all the essentials like slippers, shower gel, and shampoo. Breakfast was fantastic, offering both Western options and Chinese fried rice and hot milk, which was a real plus for us Chinese travelers!

Upgraded to a corner room. The view was expansive, and the room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Despite facing the street, it was quiet, and I slept very well. The hotel was conveniently located near the station (trams & Metro lines 3, 4), which was great for sightseeing. There were no toothbrushes in the room, but the front desk provided them when asked, which was helpful. Shampoo and body wash were already provided. We had no trouble finding food with restaurants and a 24-hour ABC Mart nearby. The breakfast menu changed daily and was delicious.
