Novotel Budapest Danube

Extremely satisfied with this booking! The location is right by the Danube, directly opposite the Parliament building. We arrived on National Day and got to watch the Hungarian drone and fireworks show, which created a fantastic atmosphere. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Transportation is convenient, with the M2 metro line just a 5-minute walk away, connecting you to any part of Budapest. Getting to the airport is also quite easy. Fisherman's Bastion is a very close 20-minute walk. We went at 5 AM to take photos – no queues, and fewer people for great shots. The breakfast is rich and varied; definitely book it. Overall, it's excellent value for money. If I come back to Budapest, I'd choose this place again. Personally, I find the Buda side better than Pest.

This hotel is excellent! It's located right across from the Parliament building, offering unbeatable views. The front desk staff were also very friendly and gave us a fantastic river-view room. The room even has a minibar. It's also great for self-driving tourists as the hotel has its own parking right outside, which is super convenient and costs just a little over 20 euros a day. There's a metro and tram station about a four to five-minute walk away, making it easy to get to attractions. Plus, there's an affordable Vietnamese restaurant right next to the hotel, perfect for anyone craving a taste of home. Definitely 100% recommended!

The room was clean and hygienic, and the restaurant offered a great view, along with a free water dispenser. The location was excellent, right next to the subway station, making it very convenient for getting around. We traveled everywhere by subway, and it was also easy to get to the train station with our luggage when we checked out.

Very small room with a courtyard view. The staff were more than reserved. The breakfasts, with a view of the Danube and Parliament, were wonderful.

The location is superb, directly facing the Parliament. It's also very convenient to walk into the old town and very close to Fisherman's Bastion. I'm very satisfied with this stay and will consider coming back to Budapest next time.

The view from the accommodation is amazing!! The location is also perfect, right in front of Buda Castle, Fisherman's Bastion, and the Parliament Building's night view spot, making it easy to get around. There's also a supermarket very close by~

The breakfast is rich and varied, allowing you to enjoy delicious food while admiring the scenery. The facilities are also well-equipped.

I liked the location and the wonderful breakfast. The rooms were clean, and although small, they were cozy. However, the staff was indifferent; I didn't notice any active engagement from them.
